One thing that really bothered me, though, is that you and the piano aren't in tune. make sure you watch for that next time?

Not sure if its just the cruddy sound on youtube, but it seems your breath is really pinched at the end of most phrases and the notes are going really flat. Try working on that :)
More dynamic variations would be nice and keep your flute parallel to the floor. Bad posture=painful neck
