Plus it would cost millions to drill that oil and that would also take time to set up. The arab world also has a much larger oil operation going on and larger reserves.

Plus it would cost millions to drill that oil and that would also take time to set up. The arab world also has a much larger oil operation going on and larger reserves.

Anyways, labor and mining would create tons of jobs, and because oil drilling is a private practice, the companies have more than enough money to start drilling.
