It's a delivery of new London Over Ground stock. Not sure where it started, but it made it's way to onto the Chilternline and to Princes Risborough (the station this video was taken) , then it took the branch line to Aylesbury and then from Aylesbury it went to Amersham and then got onto the Metropolitan line.
@graham1002 it's not london overground stock. it's london underground stock for the Metropolitan line. Get used to the site of these trains as they make their way onto the Met this year. They will also be replacing the current Circle, Hammersmith & City and District line trains.
