Job-Killing Uncertainty in the Obama Economy

I believe the Health Care Mandate should go forward to the extent that it does not hurt businesses. Corporations with lots of money should easily be able to afford it, right? Small businesses, whether they plan on getting bigger or want to remain small (such as mom and pop stores) should get tax breaks to make the Mandate affordable. Obama has pushed tax breaks and lower interest rates for small businesses from the get-go, what this means to be is he clearly does not want them to suffer

'Patents' should cost $99.99 for small businesses to 'fully' file, with conditions such as... they not be shills for large corps., they not sell their rights to those patents to foreign entities, they not file more than 3 per year, etc. When America once again becomes the owner of our own intellectual rights, then Americans once again will be in control of the products made by their own hands,... American small businesses, have always been the backbone of domestic economic growth!

I predict that after Andy Puzder cashes out of CKE in 3-7 years he runs for office in California or Missouri. And if it's in Missouri, I predict that I'll vote for him.
