It is so nice to see that all the hard work that the Chico Project did has been rewarded with a buddy for Chico, Barky, and four other meerkats in another exhibit. Way to go L.A. Zoo and what a positive thing we all did here. God Bless you Chico and Barky and the fab four. We love you guys!!!!!
Chico's buddy Barky is now at the L.A. Zoo in quarantine. They are also getting 3 other meerkats....so...there will be 2 meerkat exhibits. Good luck Chico and Barky. I hope you get along well and live long and healthy lives.
Great song for Chico. Wish I could get over to the USA to see him but I live in the UK. I've signed the petition and asked my friends to sign it too. I'm known at work as 'the meerkat woman'!

I know it is almost a year later, but I can listen knowing Barky now sits at his side...but OMG...I still cry...!
