This is the perfect blend of the Koji Kondo sound with Early 90s funky House vibe...I also love the hang glider Music in this game!

it's actually not written by Kondo -- infact, I believe this whole soundtrack is composed by Soyo Oka (although both their names appear in the credits). I'm guessing Kondo had an advisory role for this game.
