he doesn't sound like shit live, it's just live and less refined. and yes, HELMET RULES. it's too bad that their latest stuff kinda stinks...I was such a major major fan of strap it on, meantime, and betty...with some of their misc. stuff (gigantor, victim)...but these three songs in this video just friggin rock!! and to think i missed this concert....arrrgggghhh!!!!
