Im gettin it done but I wanna know do they do just the split down the middle or do the whole ring around the top of the top jaw like it shows in video because im only gettin a week off work.

do you always have to have such a surgery if you want the expander to work?

i m going to get one.. but one weak after the surgery i have school.. am i going to make it? or is the swelling to much... eventhough its a weak?! HELP
