You are beatiful. Don't mind your weight. I can give you a tip. I was fat, but then I left all the chips, candy and all that kind of things and I started to eat vegetables. I didn't do nothing else. I losed about 5kg by just doing that. You don't have to give up all the treats, but live can be joinable without them. Don't take me wrong when I say this. I was addicted to chips and all that kind of things. Now I don't use Mcdonalds anymore, and I eat only darkbread (It's realy good)

I love solitude poetry and music... some of us just don't like sports and some of us who don't like sports don't have the same metabalism skinny people do ... and from what i've learned from tlaking to alot of them they eat as much as fat people they just have a different metabolism so it burns off really fast...

If you hit the gym a lot, eat well and still gain weight, then yeah maybe its genetic. However a slow metabolism can also happen if you dont eat right. The minute you start eating small meals a day and frequent healthy snacks your metabolism will go up.
