It´s such a strange that when Ryan has to sing his backing vocals he is banging his head and though his vocals are present live. It looks like some effects, additional vocals and synts are on playback and vocals are supported by playback, because Jay Gordon sounds a bit different from album, this was like a copy from CD.

I don't think this is a playback or lipsync. They used a lot of technology in their band. He probably has an auto tune and an effect on his voice. Those guitars sound real for sure. And thats an electronic drum set. So of course it's going to sound so good it sounds fake. He's gay, he look so good, he looks fake. lol. I love Orgy!

He's not lip synching. I worked ata venue they played back in 2002 and he spends alot of time tweaking the sound with the sound guys. I heard him sing by himself without the band he is really good. He was even calling out different frequencies to the sound guys to adjust. He's very talented and has a great ear. Thats a gift he has i guess. Not my favorite band but cool guys.

Having seen two members of the band live (as Julien-K), I can tell you that on an instrumental level they tend to sound identical to album versions. Ryan and Amir, at least, are just that good. The levels and a few odd pauses Jay threw in tell me that was actually live. That, and a botched harmony in the first chorus. It still sounded good though, lol.
