  • shut up jason motley. no one dunks on kobe. kobe lets pple look good

  • What is the name of the first song??

  • Definitely one of the great players of all time. He just has this crazy work ethic; dude plays hard. Something like 6'6" at BEST and constantly pulling down rebounds over EVERYBODY. Like 3 dudes on the other team under the rim and this cat gets the rebound. Just ridiculous.

Maybe the best to never win a ring. But I dunno... Malone, Stockton, Miller, Ewing, a couple of other guys all have something to say about that.

  • one of the greatest players all time

  • what's this song at the begining by busta rhymes ?? Btw One of my favorite players,i didn't watch him much just at the end of his career but seeing videos years later only made me realize how incredible he was !!!!!!

  • 2:38 was fckin crazy

  • SIR CHARLES!

  • much respect to charles he deserved a ring unfortunately it never happened

  • oh nvm, i found it. public enemy - shut em down (remix)

  • Size doesn't matter, ask your girlfriend. BTW, first song plz...

  • dam charles use to just bully niggas in da post

  • 2:34 BEAST!!!

  • 2:37 SHUT EM DOWN

  • i love charles barkley...played his heart out all the time!

  • 2:01 to 2:09 he beat the entire team! i wish i could penetrate the lane like that. time to hit the blacktop!

  • 4:10 lmao at the dude's face after he get's swatted.

  • i like the dunk on kobe at the end

  • @jasonmotley

And that was a washed up Chuck.

  • @mostsincere ha ha...lol

  • To me he`s the best PF ever exist in NBA. With only 6.6 of heigth and do what he did? uncomparable with Malone and Duncan! he was much better!

  • man i wish he had won a ring, he is one of the greatest. powerful in the paint, good footwork in the low block, one man fast break machine, great post moves, nice re- bounder, he blocked shots, made flashy passes, scored at will, broke down the defense, and played like he wanted to eat you alive. years with 76sixers and suns were his best.

  • barkleys fuckin hard body in the paint

  • Comment removed

  • the way he dribbles is incredible, he looks down in front of him about 10 feet to make the defenders think he isn't paying attention to his teamates and then he either dribbles around them or makes them commit and passes it off to a teamate.

  • Im 6'4 and play against huge white stiffs in my competition and have trouble on the boards. Cant imagine how a guy my size can outrebound HOF centres. MUCH RESPECT.

  • 02:40 IS THIS THE BALL YOU WANTED

  • For a guy his size and weight, he can really get up there to throw it down.

  • charles barkley looks like psyduck

  • 8:46 Seattle, GET ON MY LEVEL

  • Such a powerful player. 4:50

  • great great great video! Props to Sir Charles! Great player! He's HEART was in the court all the time!

  • 2:40 lmao

  • I love when I tell some of my friends Barkley was great and they don't believe me. I show them this video and their reaction just says WTF.

  • someone please tell me what name of the 1st song is, and it is very sensational vedio of Sir Charles

  • @90Zhao it's Shut 'Em Down by Busta Rhymes

  • 4:10 he said NOO SIR!! Not here

  • True greatness on the court

  • I wonder how he would've done running the 100 in his prime?

  • which is the third song of the video? the final song

    please tell me.....T-T

  • queen james!!!!!!!

  • lebrooooon traveled!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • even though i don't really like him as a person I love watchin these highlights...the man was a total freak...definitely one of the best ever.......although I like Dirk there is no comparison in terms of talent barkley much better....

  • How did a guy who was barely 6'5'' average almost TWELVE RPG HIS CAREER????

  • HAHAHA i love him pushing Robinson. He always had that childish side.

  • & Scottie said Lebron was better than Jordan!?!?!?!?!? I'd take Sir Charles in his prime any day over Lebron!!!!! Any DAY!!!! Charles was a BEAST!!!!!!

  • Thank you for this amazingly fucking awesome video

  • never knew charles could run the break so freaking good.

  • was he considered a selfish player?

  • 02:40 epic ownage

  • @ipamelpistolero nah, 4:09 epic ownage.

  • @ipamelpistolero ...and it's a technical foul now too

  • damn he was quick

  • Thx for the vid. I almost forgot how dominant Sir Charles was in his prime. That Suns team from 1993 was a BEAST. Him and KJ deserved a title...too bad they had to play da Bulls.

  • Carlos Boozer disliked 16 times.

  • @FranklinCastle umm ok?? maybe gasol would make sense for disliking 16 times

  • @EARTHAGENT101 Why would Gasol dislike? He's one of the best PF in the league and has 2 championships. Yeah he couldn't get the 3 peat and didn't play as well as last year but he's still good. Boozer is undersized like Barkley was but Barkley didn't let that affect his play like Boozer is doing.

  • @FranklinCastle wow wow hold up there i dont think you got what i was saying.. i thought you were saying carlos boozer is like the best in our league, like how people say on MJ videos kobe disliked 10 times or whatever.. ya ima big lakers fan, and i agree with you boozer is overrated at his position.

  • Very fast and great ball control

  • Barkley was referred to as the "round mound of rebound' because he was close to 300 pounds but was a beast in the paint and on the boards, even at just 6-4". He played extremely aggressive and bigger than his actually size. Nobody today comes close to his ferocous style of play. As you can see in this video, he wasnt afraid to challenge taller and bigger players. He was an unusual physical specimen: built like a tank but the speed and quickness of a guard and powerful leaping ability

  • i HATE the GAY remix of shut em down

  • that shit at 2:35 is siiiiick, just says no sir and snags the ball haha

  • 10:16 headshot

  • people can disagree and to be honest tim duncan has as better case bc he has rings (if he played during jordans era he wouldnt have rings either) but i think chuck was the best PF to ever play the game..he was so physical and personally i loved how he was an ass to anyone and everyone on the court, he dominated and he was going to dunk on anyone.. chuck your the best love you on TNT too

  • What's the last song called?

  • man hes like a power-forward-playing, XL sized dwyane wade

  • wow barkley gave 100% on every play a rare sight in 2days nba game where most big men lack basic fundamentals such simply catching a ball in traffic i.e. kwame brown lol

  • wow barkley gave 100% on every play a rare sight in 2days nba game where most big men lack basic fundamentals such simply catching a ball in traffic i.e. kwame brown lol

  • he the most underrated player ever

  • 5:53 i broke a nail!

  • He was one of those special "few in a generation talents",a pure natural.Back then,If someone saw him for the first time & had to pick a squad from all the players on the floor,he'd be the last guy taken because he just didn't "look" like he could ball, but man, once the game started",WINK,WINK"!!!the handle!the speed!the passing!the court awareness!the blocking!.the scoring!,&'cause he didn't "look the part" he was AWESOME TO WATCH!Great highlights, though i had to "mute" early,my ears burned ;-)

  • 8:51-9:00

    UTTER DOMINATION!

  • grande Charles!

  • maybe the most unlucky player ever..For sure he deserved a ring cause he was one of the best if not the best ever in his position..Shame he faced jordan and he lost as everybody else :P.

  • 6:53 Charles blocking Kenny Smith haha

  • @steves2ndaccount at the buzzer too. That looks like it was a key play in the game

  • Love it at 2:40 when he dunks and then throws it down into the face of the defender...badass

  • he was great in the fast break but notice how he keeps his head down most the time haha

  • who ever said that basketball cant be a full Contact sport?

  • charles barkely along with allen iverson are probably the most talented people to ever play in the nba. chuck like iverson was undersized but dominate. mj was 6'6 and barkely was 6'4 and mj play with people similar to his heigh and even shorter so it was slightly easier to dominate although dominique wilkins and clyde drexler were similar in talent to him. barkely was alway shorter than the guy who was guarding him but he couldnt be stop in a way similar to a.i.

  • @mykole84

Actually, Barkley was always 6'6, just like Jordan. But much stronger.

  • The problem with Charles is that he's in danger of being remembered as the funny man on TNT these days, instead of the sensational player that he was. Sure, Malone scored more points, and for some reason Duncan is viewed as the greatest PF ever (even though he is a center), but noone can compare to Charles in terms of talent, heart and excitement. Too bad he never won a title to cement his legacy. Luckily we have youtube to enjoy him, wish more of the kids today would watch videos like this.

  • @ErasmusTheJew, are you serious? Barkleys legacy as a Hall of Fame" player is in no way in danger of being overidden by his exploits as a sports commentator. As a matter of fact, hes a pretty analyst anyway but when you think of Barkley you think of tenacity, aggression, total effort and ferious attitude. There will never be another Charles Barkley and that legacy is in no danger by his being the camera work....no way. Those who actually saw him play would probably agree 100%

  • @summersbr1 that's a matter of opinion of course, but I can tell you a case where a young guy who saw Barkley only on Inside NBA said to me that he doesn't get how Charles has the nerve to criticize some of the players today, especially LeBron, since he's nothing but a buffoon. So I kindly redirected him to some videos of Barkley like this one, he got a quick glimpse of who Barkley was and he saw the light. But I wonder how many kids like him are around the world today that think the same way

  • @ErasmusTheJew I totally agree but Duncan is considered a PF because of his roll behind David Robinson early in his career. I do think Charles is underestimated, completely. Nobody can name one other PF who could dribble as well as he could. He was smaller than most at 6'6 but played just as well as say Kevin Mchale, who I think he was better than.

  • @DetroitBADBOYS123 U have to be kidding urself. Barkley outplayed McHale usually except for his 1st two years: when he wasn`t the leader. Barkley shot as high as McHale in the 2-Point Region: 58.13% Career on 21.6 PPG and 55.13% for 22.5 PPG on 2-Point FG in the Play-Offs. Barkley was the Best PF from 1986 to 1996 with ease, before his injuries he outplayed Malone from 85-86. He outplayed Duncan at ages 33-35 and Garnett the same. No Forward can touch Barkley but Bird

  • @Defender80s Ment from 85-95

  • @Defender80s What are you talking about? I didn't say anything bad about Barkley. I was answering ErasmusTheJew's question of why is Duncan considered a PF when he plays Center. I love Barkley and what did I say wrong?

  • @ErasmusTheJew so true man...and also remember Scottie Pippen,a great player in the shadow

  • @ErasmusTheJew

True basketball fans will never forget his greatness on the court!! 1993 is as good as a Championship to me!! the guy was more like 6"4 and a half, top ten rebounder and scorer of all time!!!

  • @ErasmusTheJew you can put karl malone in that arguement as well but idk who id pick as the greatest pf ever..

  • @ErasmusTheJew tim duncan is not a center...what are u talking about?

  • @itzjonnie he plays like center... he doesnt have that midrange game most powerfowards have today... he loves to play down low, and at 6'11 and 250... yea, id consider him a center

  • Comment removed

  • @ErasmusTheJew His natural position position is PF ever since his college days he played PF. He has only played Center what... 2 years out of his 10+ year career as a NBA Star?

  • at 1:06 is Charles dunking on Olajuwon?

  • you look at his body type and he would have been one hell of a running back...

i didn't remember him being that much of an athlete fuck he was fast...what the hell were the 76ers thinking giving that man up and anyone being critical because he didnt win a championship... ask karl malone and john stockon why they dont have a championship and they will respond michael fucking jordan..

  • CHARLES BARKLEY WAS THAT MUTHAFUCKIN NIGGA

  • At 1 minute he almost took the rim with him

  • Love the Renegade with Royce

  • Barkley phenomenon was, as Pele was in football for us Brazilians.

  • i didn't know he had handles like that... wat the fuck?!@? oh lol someone already wrote that....

  • One of its kind !!greatest PF of all times

  • alot of people forget how good barkley was most people now a days remember him from espn and his commercials with dwade

  • @TheCrazygroover I din't forget..... His only deal is he came into the league when it was totally completely lopsided. The days of an even league like the 70s had was OVER. 80s was Lakers or Celtics no other team was really close, and then the 90s had another dynasty team the Bulls with 4 or 5 all time greats on it

the guy was smooth but brutal... gracefully vicious.... sweet jumper but a thug under the board.... backed down to NO MAN

    Sir Charles

  • 3:41 Jordan

  • After he dunks at 0:25, who's that hairy midget that rebounds?

  • @ashotg73 muggsy bogues

  • my favorite player

  • CHARLES HAD HOPS BACK IN THE DAY!!!

  • nice the very last play is Charles dunking on Kobe

  • Thats fucked up Chuck! @2:40

  • 1:59 POWER

  • wearing a pair of cb34's for u charles.

  • some players u dont even have to argue about.....Barkley was one of the LEGENDS of the NBA...ask your favorite NBA player today

  • holy shit, thats inhuman hes how tall is he!?

  • @SuperNingerGinger he was listed at 6'6" but in reality he 6'4"

  • What is the name of Eminem's music?

  • I'm proud to wear his jersey anytime i walk around in town. :)

  • i know he wasnt known for defense but these blocks r nasty

  • @turkmac He was known for defense and offense. His defensive stats are 11.7 reb per game 1.5 stls per game and .88 blocks per game. So at least once per game he would get a nasty block.

  • @kalinwang1 he wasnt known for defense man but he was known for hustle

  • the second song should be project pat - we gon rumble ... mute this nd play that over ..its nastyyyyy

  • 8:20 is so funny LMAO

  • whats the first song??

  • @igorspainballer shut em down (2002) - busta rhymes track 2 on genesis

  • Barkley is the "only" player that humiliated any player on the court,or didn't give a SHIT about NBA rules.Sir you are the man.

  • 2:02 stan van gundy?

  • Barkley was a monster...a freak of nature

  • SIIIIIIIIIIICK is the word... sick handles, passes, timing!

  • david stern looks better with a mustache

  • The greastest basketball player ever from the state of Alabama,Chuck had heart and grit he kept it real and repersented his state proudly in the NBA.

    SamBee...

    T-Town

  • in that first song, something in the back sounds like a vacuum cleaner, kinda wierd

  • 6-4 1/2 strong motherf$cker...blockin centers

  • Damn I never knew Charles had handles!!!

  • @Marakulous43 me either I just thought he was just powerful as hell

  • @Marakulous43 lol don't get fooled at the Barkley that you see on TNT, that guy right there was a fucking MONSTER!

  • @Marakulous43

Hell yea !!! Charles is not as tall as most ppl think !!! 6'6" monster with a kill set like no other !!!

  • @Marakulous43 Hes still got some handles, on his side and belly :D

  • what is the name of the first song ????

  • Blake Griffin reminds me a lot of charles. Just got the same dominating presence. Griffin has a SICK game a few days ago.. was throwing it down hard!

  • Barkley with HAIRRRRR!!!

  • Please what's the name of the third song ?

  • Top 5 Starters of all time

    1. Pistol Pete or Magic (Pistol gets it because Magic credits him with his game)

    2. Michael Jordan

    3. Larry Bird

    4. Sir Charles

    5. Shaq, Wilt, Russel, Moses, Kareem, Hakeem (I can never decide who the greatest center ever is.) probably Kareem by the numbers or Wilt. I can't imagine what shaq would do if he played in the 50's and 60's though.

  • @AceroySangre offensively Barkley, and Duncan are comparable, though Barkley better skilled, and I would give slight edge to Barkley, but Barkley was a defensive liability. He didn't play strong D all the time. Barkley himself would tell you he wasn't a great defender. Duncan is currently ranked 11th in all time blocks. It's pretty impressive, because PF don't dominate blocking, because of their position.Centers have better position. Defense goes to Duncan easily, because he is a presence.

  • overrated player

    no rings at all

  • @looozoool : if you only check how many rings he has - yes he has no rings at all. But if you would have seen him playing, you would see that he was one of the most dominant player in offense. His game was very unorthodox and geniune as well. Actually in his prime time it was almost impossible to guard him. Shawn Kemp, and David Robinson both tried and failed.

  • Fenriz17....agreed, I think its truly remarkable that even in Chucks Final years he still remained a dominating rebounder even though he didn`t even bother to keep in shape and was often injured. A lot of players like Mason and Weatherspoon had his body type and never came close to having the seasons-skillset he had. Looking at Barkleys physical build he just shouldn`t have became the player he became.

But he was a anomaly and one of a kind

  • chuck HATED the rim!

  • Never knew the gat guy i've seen on TNT was such a monster

    great vid!

  • Very Nice... I think had Charles not gotten so frustrated and stayed in Philadelphia, they'd eventually built a team around him that could've won a NBA Championship... But the East was pretty strong back then with Boston –

Detroit – New York – and Chicago back in those days...

  • still the greatest pf to me. but i think i have a good shot beating him 1on1 now, especially after watching him on inside the nba.

still, my fav human being on earth

  • Is there a PF now who has handles like Chuck? Awesome watching him run the break crossing folks over, going behind the back on the dribble or with a pass....

    Badass.

  • I want that sweater @ 5:02 lol. vintage

  • The Chuckster has very long arms that helped him play bigger than he was. There were several rebounds in the clip that he got over taller players while flatfooted.

  • What a powerful dunks!

  • 2:39 oh damn.

  • I really appreciated Charles as an athlete, but the current reality is this: His "Class Clown" act as a Television commentator is REALLY GETTING OLD! His recent comments concerning Lebron, D. Wade & Chris Bosh truly pushed the "envelope". Insulting these three athletes (especially Lebron), simply because he disagreed with the manner in which they handled their buisness, showed a complete lack of class, intelligence & maturity........character traits that Charles hasn't shown for FAR TOO LONG!

  • Best PF ever. Never had anyone to play with. If he woulda had Stockton and not Malone, Chuck woulda won atleast one title. Malone wasn't even in the same building as Charles. Malone got his buckets off of pick and rolls. Barkley created his own buckets.

  • @ohiovol63 i agreed... i think charles deserve at least 1 ring....

  • @ohiovol63

You don't know your history. Barkley played with some of the best of all time including: Moses Malone, Dr Jay, Maurice Cheeks, Kevin Johnson, Clyde Drexler, Hakeem, etc.

  • @klined I know my history, clearly you don't. He played with Malone and Dr. J for one year, Chuck's Rookie year. They were both geriatrics. By the time the big three got together in Houston, all three were fading pretty fast. Lol'd at Cheeks and Kevin Johnson as all time greats. In fact even mentioning KJ and Cheeks in the same sentence as Clyde, Hakeem, and Dr J is probably the stupidest thing I've ever seen writen on youtube. Who's your "ect"? Hersey Hawkins and Thunder Dan? lol

  • @ohiovol63 Barkley was a rookie when he played with Dr J: he was long gone ages 34-37. Toney suffered a career ending injury during the 85-86 season. Moses left for the 85-86 play-offs. Tell the whole truth. When Barkley was 31 he had similar back problems as Larry Bird and he busted his knee during the 96-97 season. Never played the same again after 1995. Know ur history but also know what was sorrounding the player u dumb fuck

  • @ohiovol63 I know dude... people giving these old school guys WAY too much credit..like those who consider Wilt the greatest player ever just cuz he played in a league of children.

  • @Indianbrkdncer Nobody considers Wilt the best player ever lol..thats a joke, but you must be one of these young cats who grew up with the newer softer NBA where hand checking and defense are basically outlawed now. I guarantee that if Kobe, Dwayne, or Lebron played back in the day, they wouldnt have its as easy as they do now. So Barkley and the like deserve the credit they earned....so stop hatin, the game has changed.

  • @ohiovol63 amén to that!

  • @ohiovol63 Plus he was what, 6'4" playing a power forward?

  • @ohiovol63 Chuck never had anyone to play with?!?!? Are you crazy? He played with Julius Erving, Moses Malone, Maurice Cheeks, and Andrew Toney for the Sixers, Kevin Johnson and Danny Ainge in Phoenix, and Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, and Scottie Pippen when he was with the Rockets.

  • @shakespeare1599 Already responed to this argument. Played with Erving and Malone for one year, they were both very old. Maurice Cheeks is a glorified role player. Lol at you saying KJ was good. Ainge hardly played for the suns, also ver old nearing retirement. Played with 3 aging superstars in houston well past his prime.

  • @ohiovol63 You said he never had anyone to play with, I'm saying he played with five hall of famers who just happen to be among the best there ever were. The fact that he didn't win a championship is because of the legendary teams the Celtics, Lakers, and Bulls put together year after year in the 80s and 90s. If you think it's because his teammates were Curly, Larry and Moe you're just wrong. Still, have it your way...

  • @ohiovol63 actually KJ was very good...arguably one of the best point guards in the game at the time when healthy...his numbers where very similar to john stockton in terms of points and assists and you woudn't even dare deny stockton wasnt a good point guard...barkley had the talent around him to win a championship without a doubt..at the end of the day MJ was just better than barkley point blank

  • @youz1uglybish I wouldn't compare KJ to Stockton. KJ was a good player but wasn't a HOFer. Played in like 40 games during the 92-93 season. And yes MJ was much better but he had a better supporting cast as well.
