I will love the 4 of them forever, no matter in which band they are. I mean they were important to me in Panic, why not in another band? well, Panic was Ryan's band, he started it, Brenden was originally a back up vocalist, and in a band there always needs to be a so called "boss" to keep everyone together, and Ryan wrote nearly all of their songs so he's justified to call it "his" band

Also, on a concert when B started playing "I have friends.." Ryan said he didn't know the chords for that song. Like, you HAVE to know all your songs when you are in a band, that's like your ONLY job. Plus, as they are profesionals and spend all their times playing music, even if Ryan didn't know the exact chords (which I don't buy), he'd still be able to play along, since he is so "talented". My friends aren't half as good as Ryan is, but they can play a song by ear, not knowing the exact notes

I don't know... just that he doesn't use fancy words and twisted metaphors doesn't mean that he's a bad lyricist. I mean, Ryan's lyrics may be more sophisticated, but I don't think Brendon does a bad job at all. Do you know what I'm seeing is one of my fav. songs ever. What I don't like is that Ryan talks as though Panic was HIS band and he controls everything, he "let's" Brendon do something, like he's the boss.

I'd have to disagree. I don't think Ryan thinks of the band as all of his but for the most part he's spent more work creating the songs so give him some slack. On the first album as you know, he wrote the lyrics by himself and took his ideas to the rest of them. For Pretty.Odd. it was much more of a group thing. And about the way Ryan spoke about Bren's songs, I took it as he was kidding. I honestly don't think he'd insult Brendon's musical talent on purpose.
