  • You were not that skinny at all... but I gotta say, terrific progress. You are a good example of hardwork and dedication.

  • @jamahzee thanks man - my size just wasn't cutting it for me -- if you want to look different, you just gotta make a plan to change it, then do it. no excuses.

  • @MrAddictingInfo gotta agree. to each his own. anyway, good luck man balancing this and the studies. im' sure ull do fine.

  • can you tell me about your plain diet? thank you!

  • @vincy93latino The diet should consist of ~50% carbs, ~30% protein, ~20% healthy fats. You need to spread your protein out through the day to make sure that is being used efficiently... 200 g at one time is nothing compared to 25 g every 3 hours for a day

  • dude i wud KILL to have ur body wen u first started lol

  • @chrismsl hahaha keep eating!

  • I must to say great job really.

  • @shad1666 Thanks man - Entering college/real-world has been straining my progress, but just gotta keep pushing.

  • you weren't skinny.

  • @fabrozio89 135 pounds isn't the biggest boy on the ftball field

  • @fabrozio89 uhhhh yes he was.... he was real small compared to now.. check my transformation.

  • You shouldve given some measurements.. what was your starting arm measurements and you current ones??? good shit by the way it takes alot of hard work

  • @Pen1980IM arms 14 to 16.. chest 38 to 39

  • so whats your trick? what did you do?

  • @TastyTortilla Once I really got rolling -- I was eating every 2-3 hours, lots of carbs, good protein, and healthy fats... I took fish oil, vitamins, and weight gainer protein shakes... and I worked out HARD - big lifts like squats, bench, deads, cleans, etc. I switched up my workout when I plateaued and always worked on strength, form, and how to do supporting lifts to help my key lifts.

  • @MrAddictingInfo wow awesome thanks, and are you still getting bigger? cuz if you are that be amazing

  • @TastyTortilla college, work, and more has taken its toll.. I'm waiting to get out of the work 12+ hours a day thing before I can grow again haha -- my strength has gone up, got bench up to 295, etc. My lifetime goal is lean at 180. I'll get there.

  • @MrAddictingInfo damn your strong dude, cool

  • Nice video. You did have an amazing transformation on your body. I do wish i could have that kind of body. It makes me motivate myself to push harder on my workouts. I do wanted to share a link of a site that offers workouts and dietary plans that you could use in order to develop a lean muscular look. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile. You can always check it on my profile.

  • how tall are you?

  • NICE BACK! lookin good bro. btw how tall r u?

  • @ElFua2711 5'8

  • thanks man -- do a lot of lats/traps/rhomboids/back delts -- 5'8

  • you werent really that skinny at the start of the video.

  • damn very nice!! but you did not look thaat skinny or even 135 lbs at the beggining..looked more like at least 145 maybe 150, but anyway very impressive results at the end..im jealous, motivates me to work hard and get results similar to yours..thanks for posting!

  • @cowboyznindianz thanks man -- yea i guess i hid my skinniness well!

  • Three years for 30lbs? That's too slow... You should of had it in half that time. Something was off. From what I can see, you didn't eat enough.

For all those looking to gain, checkout twinmuscleworkout. They helped me out a lot.

  • @TheNubbbler I was playing 3+ sports a year -- only lifted a lot in the summer and when i could in season.

  • @MrAddictingInfo Okay, makes sense.

  • damn 135 starting.. I'm 155 right now but I'm pretty skinny, working on it, wonder what weight I can reach...

  • you dont know what is skinny

  • nw this is a realistic transformation cuz other vids show 'progress' in 'weaks;

  • @ringodark exactly -- real gains are sustained and built on

  • awesome looking back and traps.

  • @alehax27 yea back was worked on hard -- traps were more natural

  • i'm the same size as you are at the start, thanks it gives me hope that i can look like you at the end.

  • @bowarrful good stuff!

  • thanks for posting a video like this it's hard for me to stay motivated sometimes, when you're fat results come relatively quickly as compared to when you're skinny and gaining weight. anyway thanks!

  • holy shit you became an animal, congrats

  • @MrSaoreire I started off at 135. those are the best core exercises to do, yes.

  • you call THAT skinny? if you're skinny then wtf am i lol. but great transformation!

  • @FsXgOd1091 thanks man -- well i'll say i was small then haha

  • fuck steroids

  • @Sbayo9 ;) haha PROTEEEEINNNNNN

  • fuck u

  • how do move up weights with the exercises e.g. bench press coz right now im stuck on 80kg for 2 reps and it dnt seem to increase !!!

  • Im 170 right now i gained from 160 for football all star game. Doing a 8 week program to try and cut the weight back down to get ripped for the summer. How many meals should I eat a day, (inc snacks in b/w) Also I think I read your 5'7

How do you do deadlifts? Im 5'7 and my arms don't have much reach on them and I feel in Deadlifts I cheat myself. I had the form back when I was about 16 and was Lifting about 350 I was 190 then and trained for football. But I stopped and am having trouble.

  • @hooseman42 I eat about 6 meals a day -- pound as much food as i can every 2-3 hours... and for deadlifts.. subscribe because i'll have a video soon, but I do a wide-stance which is also for powerlifters, which is good for football obviously

  • @MrAddictingInfo subscribed already, excited to try ur ab workout once i get over this sleezy cold.

  • @hooseman42 good stuff man -- subscribe and see what else we can help you with -- leave suggestions on my channel!

  • @MrAddictingInfoTHE FUCK did you do for your traps please tell me

  • @superrubiksman try grabbing one of the machines for it.. i would go up 1 plate on each side, then 2, 3, 4.. then without rest, back down at every level. Just hit reps with heavy weight worked in.

  • @MrAddictingInfo what type of machine

  • @hooseman42 i won't lie -- i'm not a huge deadlifter... I LOVED them when i had a hex bar... you should find one of those. The rest I don't think i'd be the best person for advice.. we're the same height and reach problem

  • whats something good to eat to put on some weight for muscle?

  • @Varibyss13 chicken/fish, whole carbs, healthy fats -- lots of each

  • nice transformation, the thing is you could of done this faster(>3 years) if you had someone really experienced in bodybuilding to help and tell you what to do,however, you're young, you got time :))^^

  • @UnknownNewDisease Yea definitely man -- the biggest problem was 3 sports a year -- only worked out few weeks between seasons, summers, and when i could during seasons (didn't end up to be a lot)

  • did you do it all naturally or did u go on the stedz ?

  • @adinovs25 hahaha well it had taken 3 years for me to put on that 35 lbs then down to 25.. so no -- would've been a lot easier with steroids.. but the risks do not outweigh the reward!!

  • @MrAddictingInfo i have started gym my self i was wondering if you could tell me some tips ?

  • @adinovs25 yea definitely man -- it'd be easiest to sign up for u to subscribe here because we'll be coming out with a lot of workout videos!

  • Roids?

  • @Enayze haha would've saved me a couple years ... but sacrificed my balls :(

  • your 5-7, :(im like 5.4 short as fuck yet i was ur size once, still am ;

  • @SweetSinFZ lets see it man!! what are your lifts like?

  • how tall are you at 165?You look pretty well. You motivated to get fit again!

  • @SuccessChapita I am 5'7", so the 165 isn't huge, but its not bad.. FOR NOW haha.. Always motivated man, work never ends.. Make sure to let me know what kind of workout tutorials i can make for you!

  • @MrAddictingInfo That is a great weight for your height! It is not only not bad,but it is great!I have been lefting for a long time, but never sonsistent.I can make my own routines.due to my experience,I think that eating a lot and lifting 4-10 reps is the key in general.Good luck man!

  • @SuccessChapita Well just let me know if any of your routine gets stale.. we are trying to come up with new ideas and ways to get muscle fast.

  • inspiring vid, man. i'm 19 and about 130 lbs at 6 feet tall. i'm really skinny and have been most of my life, high metabolism, etc. what do you recommend for starting out if i want to get results like yours? gym it? bodyweight exercises? just eat more?

  • @l3oss2u I remember being in your exact position!!! Not counting the time I was in a sports season, when i wanted to concentrate on lifting, 3 months in a summer got me up to 145... then time out of sports i got up to 162... and so on :) Its all about how you eat and what your lifts are. Subscribe for more tutorials later on!

  • wtf, you were never skinny

  • @Spec0pleader hahah thanks man -- 135 felt pretty skinny to me man. I wasn't completely new to the workout game before that 2007 pic, but it was nothing like my workouts and diet now haha

  • @MrAddictingInfo jesus lol, if you went to my school with the same body as you had in that 'skinny' pic, we would have considered u to be a tank already lol. anyway great transformation

  • can you post your workout routine?

  • @BEYONDILIMIT sure --

monday - flat, incline, decline bench press, flies, tri pulldowns and skullcrush

tuesday - squat, lunges, leg press, leg ext, curls, and calf raise

wednesday - barbell curls, rope curls, cable pullins (arnolds), abs

thursday - flat bench, shoulder press, close-grip bench, lateral raises, overhead DB tri press, front delt raises, skull crush, shrugs

friday - deadlift, rows, wide-grip lat pulldowns, DB curls, iso DB hammer preachers, arnolds

big lifts are all 5x5, else 4x8

  • wat did you do to keep the abs while gaining?

  • @pspman2007 The key is to eat GOOD foods.. you don't want to just stuff yourself with any food that will get you the calories. Also.. You want to eat the least amount of calories that allow you to put on slow, steady weight. If you stop gaining, you add 100 calories at a time until you start gaining again.

Also, I followed my great ab routine. We'll be posting our ab routine soon, so subscribe and stay tuned.

  • Dude great work. One question though, how many calories did you shoot for per day?

  • @bihfutball22 During my bulks.. sky was the limit -- I would say around 4000 after the gainer before i went to bed.

  • @MrAddictingInfo Thats pretty crazy. I shoot for at least 3000 a day, so hopefully that'll do the job. Ive been lifting for about 7months now and Ive seen some really good results, but i havnt really kept up the eating until just now, so hopefully that'll speed up the process. Oh an another question, did you gain continuously gain weight, because I weigh the same that I did 7 months ago, even though I've gotten bigger. Its really odd

  • @bihfutball22 When i first started lifting I didn't try to push the body weight as much.. which is why this took much longer.. Its great that you're starting to think about the diet now, it makes all the difference. I'd say eating right is just as important as lifting!

  • Can you tell me what you ate regularly?

I would also like to know your ab routine.

    Thanks =)

  • @geejones123 On a bulk, ~6 meals a day, here is just a regular type of day:

10 am peanut butter spooned (i wish i could eat more in the morning, my flaw)

12-1 pm turkey or chicken grinder

3 pm w/e meat i could find, veggies

    workout

5:30 protein shake and whole wheat bread

    7-8 pm chicken/steak/fish and veggies and rice/potatoes/etc.

10 pm more of that dinner if i can

    before bed - weight gainer

  • @MrAddictingInfo

    Thanks that sounds pretty do-able.

  • @geejones123 Yea its just getting used to it man.. Let me know how it goes!

  • AWESOME VIDEO MAN, IM LOOKING TO FIND MYSELF A SOLID WORK OUT DIET MYSELF TO HELP SUPPORT MY OWN GAIN. GREAT MOTIVATION.

  • @dimondduke no problem man!! Subscribe to get more of our future tutorials... And feel free to ask any questions directly here!

  • What cardio and supps did you do in your cutting phase mate? Ive just bulked up over the winter but am struggling to loose that stubborn bit of belly fat. Good job btw...

  • @freefall80 Cardio, which you'll probably need to do more of since i have high-metabolism, was twice a week of a half hour walkin on the treadmill. In order to burn fat and not muscle, you need to maintain your heart rate under ~135. Other than that, eating is the main portion of a cut, but I did use Lean Xtreme when I first started because its ability to help you maintain muscle mass (anti-cortisol).

  • Great work!

  • @shootingman99 Thanks man!! Feel free to ask any diet/workout questions

  • Wow Great Job!!! Keep it up. Your looking amazing lol.!!

  • @Gigiliz123 thanks Gigiliz :) I will! haha

  • whoa, great transformation, is this all natural??

  • @relentlisbeast Yessir relentlis. Just ate every 2-3 hours with lots of protein, good fats, and whole carbs. A weight gainer later in the day helped as well!
