  • It must be nice to run a fishing lodge for a living!!

  • @canadianfisherman11 Well, from talking to many lodge owners over the last 26-yrs., they all agree that even though it's nice to have a lodge, it is a lot of work making sure everything s working properly and that all guests are happy...God bless you, Italo

  • barb is realy good :D good bless her

  • @simo782b Thank you. I am very blessed to have her as my wife!...God bless you, Italo

  • barb is realy good :D

  • great lake i stay at a fishing/hunting lodge called Horwood Lake Outpost great place go there every year, will be going at the end of August, however Richard (the owner of the fishing camp) said the water level is much lower this year so I am still hoping I can get into my favorite fishing hole for pike, if not i will go over to the mine I find that a good spot, anyhow if you would like I can get pictures and video footage, great show Italo keep up the good work

  • @Northernsharpshooter Thank you for your kind and encouraging words. Sounds like you have a great hot-spot for pike. I would love to see some of the images and even would post them on our Canadian Sportfishing website. You can email the .jpg's to our webmaster and to my attention.. Hope you get lot's of fish...God bless you, Italo

  • @ItaloLabignan thank you Italo I apprciate that, God bless you, your family, and everyone who helped make your amazing show

  • great fishing up here on this lake. I have a camp on this lake infront of blueberry island

  • @fishervince I agree, we caught lot's of fish even in very poor "cold-front" conditions, so I can just imagine how good the fishing is when the weather is consistent....God bless you, Italo

  • @fishervince hey my outfitter said the lake water levels are about 6 feet lower then usual tell me has this affected the fishing because thats a huge difference and I padi close to $1000 for me and someone else I mean I am still going up but I am hoping the ten hour drive and $1000 is worth it, I already know I can't go to allot of my usual pike spots and as I mentioned before I had some pretty good damn spots please respond

  • @Northernsharpshooter I think the fishing should still be excellent. Just fish a little deeper than you normally would. Even with lower water levels, the walleye will still be at the same depths off the reefs, bars, & shoals. We filmed up on Lady Evelyn Lake, ON and encountered the same low water, but we still caught lot's of nice walleye...God bless you, Italo

  • @ItaloLabignan thanks Italo quick question though, how would the pike fishing change???

  • @Northernsharpshooter With the low water, many of the shallow weeds will probably be dry land. Fish the same bays, but deeper and if the fish are not there, I would fish the closest shallow-structure breaks (first points around the bays, islands, and any shoals close to the bays...God bless you, Italo

  • @ItaloLabignan thank you I will try this out I am sure I will catch something

    and God bless you Italo
