Representative Franklin has been called "the conscience of the Republican Caucus" because he believes that civil government should return to its biblically and constitutionally defined role. I wonder if GA SR 632 will prevent HR 875 from affecting GA. As you may know, 632 (State Sovereignty Bill) passed & was adopted April 1st
