  • Is this a solution for a sports injury or can you also use it if your knees have always been hyperextended? My knees just naturally hyperextended but it hurts really bad and I've been trying to find a way to help it. If you know any ways to do that I'd really appreciate it :)

  • @kadeekate13 Training your upper thigh mussels are very important and just getting into the habit of bending your knees slightly while standing is also important if you want to avoid injuries in knees and spine, headaches and general pain

  • I have a problem everytime i play soccer i have to make short movements or else im going to hyperextend my knee. how well does this work for a soccer player. It's been 7 months since i hyperextended my knee and hurt like a b***h. I heard a snap crackle and pop. But i was still able to walk on. Its been getting since but i have trouble playing sports though and thats when i hyperextend my knee. so is this method pretty effective for athletes? thank you for the post
