I just got mine, if you want to use it indoors, you need to have space, and you need to practice a lot. I love mine very much!

this helicopter is garbage. you can't fly it outside it won't move forward even in a slight breeze, and it's to big to fly it indoors. stay away from this product!

You can try taping a quarter to the nose cover from the inside, that will work, and it's not a permanent modification. I hope this helps.

i have to agree i had my one 2 days first flight it fell out the sky...because the gyro beat the shit out ot the roters and they came off. what a rip off. you want to make me happy then send me the parts to repair it 'free'

biggest bit of shit i ever bought. and i have to say all the neg comments were right. i bought it 4 days ago. first flight thr gyro hit the rotors and that was it. it hit the flooor from 30 mtrs and is now fucked. needs a top end build and frame. they should be stoped from selling shit like this.

@2468koolkid thats cause when you go in reverse the tails giving it to gravity and leans back more, but in forward the tail it pushing up and has more resistance

DB 9101 - is total Junk - suffers from the "FlyBar" constantly hitting the upper Rotor Blade, causing the copter to fall out of control - eventually breaking pieces of the rotor hub ! You won't keep it in the Air hovering long enough to get it adjusted & fine tuned, before its out of control, and most likey break something critical ! This copter is not worth any money - I rate it a F-, looks good to sell - doesn't fly worth a Shit !

l never understand why people that design these thing dont just make it right the first time, this heli suffers from the tail rotor being too small so its crappy in forward motion, if you get a AR Parrot prop and put it on the back it moves at a great pace, also the balance bar will whack the rotor in a turn. Please do a little bit more work and get better ratings

@geoffviper Your right - poorly designed tail rotor, "FLYBAR" constantly hitting the blades causing it to constantly lose control - this is a very misleading video - these were Designed to sell - NOT Fly , beware read the reviews before purchasing - this is what I'd refer to as a "Gimmic Copter" looks good , to sell, tho doesn't Fly well at all and breaks very very easy because of PLASTIC rotor head design !

@rugbyunion1996 go to detelex.com and you can order a replacement controller, just match the MHg and it will work, i think its 18 bucks for the new controller, i order parts from them and always satisfied, they got alot of cool choppers there too

I have been ripped off from ordering parts from XHELI. Their pre-packaged UNOPENED and RTF kits are probably ok. I would strongly suggest. . . if you order from XHELI, verify ALL the parts are in the ordered package. . even extra parts the OEM may have included. I suspect XHELI 'scavenge' extra parts in a kit for use in selling as parts.

@phiskah1 ive had my 9101 for a couple weeks now and ive had the gyro hit the blades twice and when it does it just falls like a duck gettin shot haha and i had to remove the little metal bars on the rear to help it be stabble

@phiskah1 flying mine outdoors 1-3 mph wind on quick speed and just had one. gave it forward speed into the wind and down it went...luck i was only 4' off the ground.
