  • Hey lets live in the bronze age. Fick! Fick em all!

  • Alright now to start our discussion on how to communicate atheism everybody welcome Skepchick, clap clap clap... "Men are mean and rude to me, because I'm a girl..." :(

  • There is a massive difference between a woman sending unsolicited sexual pix to a man and a man sending unsolicited sexual pix to a woman, and it has to do with the psychology of sex differences.

  • If the roles were reversed a majority of men would not complain about getting mail with sexually graphic fantasies from women. but she has a right to complain, and those guys should have really thought really hard on weather it's appropriate to say these types of things to her.

  • The talk about rape is really sickening.

Takes religion to have people post such hateful email I guess.

  • i really liked what she said :) luckily i havent experienced much hatred like that yet

  • Male fans sending nude pictures is misogynistic, ok ok. WAIT WHAT. If that, is misogynistic than you would have to agree to the opposite, unless you yourself are sexist. If a woman fan sends a man naked photos. Is that Misandry? Misogyny is the hate of men. Essentially you are saying that by somebody showing you their body, they hate you for being a woman. That is nonsense.

  • @AcidGuitarPlanet

You summed up what I thought perfectly. I identify as a Secular Feminist Humanist and I dislike a lot of what SkepChick says. Her past videos have shown me that she loves double standards and that she assumes the worst from men approaching her.

  • I want to slap my tits all over Dawkins' face and suck his cock while he describes the minutiae of punctuated equilibrium into my vagina.

  • I'd die if I met Richard Dawkins, haha.

  • Wow, look at AronRa, I envy this man so much. I wish I had half his intellectual grit and eloquence. He is hosting a panel with Richard Dawkins, to go from just youtube to this is so wonderful!

  • What happened to the christian stereotype that atheists engage in swinging, promiscuous sex, like characters in "Brave New World" or something? Any young guy who becomes an atheist because he thinks that atheist chicks will put out for him has fallen for someone's false advertising.

  • @HelFKiernan There a vast majority of comments criticising her on this video are either stating that what she said was irrelevant to the subject, What she said is boring or that she views alot of things that arn't misogynistic as misogynistic.

  • @HelFKiernan 'so many people directing such specifically misogynistic, wrathful comments' You sound like a theist claiming that atheists are angry.

  • sorry, but didnt hear much about 'communicating atheism' in this. Arent there other forums for such a (valid) rant against sexism. Shame I was hoping she'd engage and enthuse me

  • She says "I think that" and "I thought that" way to often.

  • blah blah blah blah

  • Men act like I have a vagina...just because I have a vagina. SEXIST PIGS!!!

  • BTW, what's the deal with this AronRa character? Looks like some cheesy Star Trek: The Next Generation character. How low the atheist movement has fallen. Dawkins is the only one there who actually takes this seriously enough to present himself adequately.

  • @MatheusLegenda LMAO.. Aaron Ra is awesome. But he does look like a Klingon. :-p

  • @MatheusLegenda You realise you asked what's the deal with this AronRa character on AronRa's channel. I’d recommend you to not jump to conclusions based on what you think of their appearance, from what I can tell Aron is very well spoken and has dedicated a great deal of time researching multiple areas of science and religion. You should watch some of his videos, perhaps starting with “AronRa, Beyond Belief” if you want to know “what his deal is”.

  • @bradkey98765 Oh wow, I'm on his channel. It's not just his appearance. It's his utilization of a silly black nationalist (Kemetic) name as well for real life. Yeah, I keep hearing this dude is something important. Well, I mean in the past day or so, you told me he was the shit. And, he speaks along another silly person called the SkepChick. So, ya got to take him seriously.

  • @MatheusLegenda Kemet = Black nationalist? Kemet is the original name of Egypt.

I suggest you move along and let the non-racist adults speak, unless you're determined to start the usual YouTube race war bullshit.

  • @morpheusxnyc Yes, Kemet is the original name, and you're surprisingly ignorant if you didn't know that Nuwaubians could be black nationalist. You're trying to call me racist from that? How do you think I even know that? I go to black nationalist events. I have friends with Kemetic names. I kicked it with a girl who lived on the compound in Georgia. And, since you don't know who I am, the symbol of my production company has the symbol for Ma'at in the middle.Regardless, this guy's name is stupid

  • @bradkey98765 I shouldn't be so disrespectful to him and y'all on his page though. I'll give him a listen some day. Just will have to get over my aversion to Lemmy from Motorhead.

  • Yeah, you can see Dawkins getting exasperated by Rebecca going on and on about her personal emails. This was foreshadowing for the blowup that would happen between them in the blogs - the one for which she has called for a boycott and brags about having taken him down till this day.

  • What SkepChick is doing is referred to as piggybacking in activism. It means to promote your particular interests or agenda at an event which is occurring for another cause.

  • I really really dislike Rebecca Watson. I wish she could quit the SGU. I love the Novellas, and she's dragging the quality of the podcast down with her bad attitude.

  • Isn't Skepchick the lady that "inspired" Dawkins to think about mutilating genitals?

  • @ivlfounder Huh? No, He didn't think about mutilating them. He brought up the worse situations that women face in comparison to Rebecca Watson saying it was sexist and "sexualizing" for a man to ask her to have some coffee.

  • what does sexism have to do with atheism??

sexism is sexism no matter the situation...

  • ahhh , Lucky Bastard , You Meet Mr Dawkins , what an honour , im jealous , Lucky Bastard :)

Im live in south america , just too much distance , SALUTES !!!! Amigo !!!

  • 1:48 Woooow Dawkins you call that a "round of applause"?

  • ...CONTINUED

Building a model of the world is sort of like bodybuilding in the sense that diet, food, supplements and sleep are needed. The term "medicine man" is more than a metaphor. A bodybuilder that eats at McDonalds will not do as well as one that eats properly. Similarly, I think that diet and supplements can be used to understand the world. A good b-complex for example will help dreaming. Stay away from peyote, etc. Don't criticize me for bashing your science because I did not do that.

  • @BestVideoResponse Hey, I don't know what to do with your example in that context but I know what you mean. When being asked what is supposed to replace religion, the most important German "advovates of atheism" (or at least one of the most prominent spokespeople(?)) of the German giordano-bruno foundation always stress that Science, PHILOSOPHY and ART are a more than sufficient "substitute" for religion.

  • @BestVideoResponse I think its important not to focus too much on science alone, since religious people often claim that science does describe but not EXPLAIN. Well, Philosophy can be used in an attempt to explain the world. And a much better and more "sincere" one, too, since it does not rest on supernatural claims which many people must be forced to (or force themselves to) believe.

  • I was born and bred on atheism. I've seen others in my position turn to religion later in life. It always struck me as silly how they turned to churches and doctrine even when it contradicted all that they learned about science.

I do have a strong criticism of atheism though. It's that atheism only looks at science. IMHO, this is wrong. Subjectivity has a strong place in my existence if it involves learning baseball or dream interpretation or intuition.

    CONTINUED...

  • @palerider1775 I'm not sure to understand how this make you stop thinking about feminism. Most of Warren Farrell ideas are in line with feminism. I agree, changing the way we think about genders and their modern roles and meaning is important. Maybe you have not the same definition of feminism than me. Sure there's sexism on both sides, but theoretically, feminism is not against a male power but for equality of men and women.

  • Threatening a woman with rape isn't sexist, it's just malicious. Find the weakness & exploit it. She's feminist for christ sake, I wonder how they figured that might be one of her buttons?

Why is she muddling the Feminist & Atheist debate, they're seperate issues.

There's a real hypocracy in that movement. Men wan't to fuck women, deal with it. Men don't complain when women say the same things. You can't have that rigid definition of equality when men & women are inherently different.

  • @MilitantPeaceist Which video are you referring to?

  • @ShoeTossLady You should learn even more and become feminist again.

    I'm feminist and a man.

  • @MrG0TH1ER If you knew more about it, you wouldn't be.

  • @palerider1775 I think i have a good basic understanding. Are Uni courses about feminism and gender studies good enough for you?

  • @MrG0TH1ER I have no way of knowing what was being presented, but if feminism (which isn't even the default female position, as you may have noticed) is where you landed, the exposition was not a very balanced one. I would give this (and the consequent videos) a good listen. I used to call myself a feminist until I did; /watch?v=FFtGwBsKgKs

  • The problem with what she's saying is is that she's getting this treatment because she's a woman. That's not the case, she's being hated on for being atheist. Those kinds of people bother everyone in a different way, if they know threats of rape bug you they will use that.

  • Compare ZOMGitsCriss's videos for example to skepchicks. Smarter, sharper and no feminist bullshit.

  • Okay so people who don't like RW or disagree with her are sexist!!!

  • rebecca twatson

  • And yes, just to be fair, the "rape" mails are obviously horrible. But what else to expect from the primitive pigs who write death threats anyway - they're the scum of human race, and probably the kind of folks who would engage in mass rape anytime they decide to burn down a defenseless village and slaughter all the males.

But yea, if you wanna talk about misogyny in NORMAL people, please find better examples. THANKS.

  • 9:50 NO, YOU STUPID CUNT.

Misgyny: dislike, hatred of women. May also include contempt towards women, or the opinion that women are worse (dumber, less worth, etc.) than men.

The belief that males have the right to dominate women starts crossing into patriarchy, but it's still misogyny as women are basically declared as undeserving of autonomy, i.e. inferior to men.

    Now, here's the thing:

The view that "sex and pleasing men is all women are good for" makes you a misogynist.

    Just thinking about

  • @twooffour

.... sex all the time... makes you a HORNDOG.

It may be awkward, or unpleasant, or laughable, but a man who's so taken in by female "charms", is simply a HORNDOG.

HORNDOG vs. misogynist, misogynist =/= HORNDOG. Is that so hard to get?

A horndog doesn't think women are inferior in any way, in fact a horndog thinks women are awesome. A horndog simply puts disproportionately too much value on the "sexual side" of women, limiting his own thinking, and making others with more...

  • @twooffour

... "moderate" feelings feel awkward, as they may not share the same attraction to the horndog (and being sexually approached by someone you don't "like" makes people uncomfortable - one of the reasons behind homophobia), or may have the feeling of being in the presence of an idiot on some kind of "drug" trip.

Just like you don't wanna be around a sleazy sycophant lash dog, or some ugly nerd making horrible jokes all the time, you don't want to be around an OTT horndog.

  • @twooffour

Unless you're into that sort of thing, as it goes without saying...

But IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY'RE MISOGYNISTIC.

If they think they have the right to "impose" themselves in this way, or there's something "wrong" about the fantasies they write down, then maybe they are misogynistic, but if it's really just to make "compliments"... sorry, no. They're just horny college idiots who don't get when they're being annoying and awkward.

What, is Rebecca Watson like the female equivalent of...

  • @twooffour

    .. Pat Condell?

Making sense all the time, talking 'bout rationality, but when it comes to some special pet peeve, like the mosque at Ground Zero, they start bullshitting all of a sudden?

I'm not sure, really, but her disingenuous misuse of the word "misgyny" makes me cringe.

  • @twooffour

Is it just me and ol' confirmation bias, or does AronRa have a hard time to listen to her bullshit at 1:02?

Yea... misogyny... is not just a religion problem. It's "cultural". Thanks for the awesome revelation, you smart alec.

I have a question: is the college kid who acknowledges that women are equal, intellectually and physically, to men, and doesn't do anything to suppress women or limit their freedom, but can't think of anything else than boobs and sex whenever a woman...

  • @twooffour

... crosses his mind, a misogynist? Or just a halfwit whose brain is so tiny that as soon as a pair of boobs makes their way inside it, nothing else stands a chance?

If he sees women as equal, but isn't interested in doing anything with them aside from flirtation and sex, is he a hypocritical misogynist? Or just a "narrow-minded" buffoon whose throbbing dick prevents him from having any normal, human contact to a half of the human race?

  • @twooffour

He's only missing out on something himself, and he doesn't hurt anyone else aside from making them uncomfortable with his own stupidity.

So would that be a misogynist or not?

According to Ms. Watson, he would. I'd say it's a horndog.

    Case closed.

  • god this skepchik is doing my head in.

  • Rebecca Watson is a whiny whore. Richard Dawkins did the right thing by putting her in her place.

  • She bored me so much, I was tempted to go and look for God!!!

  • @qpmatt And YOU, are such a fascinating person, no doubt. Stupid fuck.

  • "Rebecca is going to start..."

    Oh, fuuuuuck.

  • Ok Rebecca, there is an issue with sexism in general. The ' Atheist Community ' shouldn't have to adress anything regarding it's membership.. It's not a club.. You don't have to be a member of the AAA to be an atheist, just like you don't have to join the non-stamp collectors organisation of america..

  • Know all we need is a islamic terrorist running saying " ALLAH"!!

  • that woman rambles on about shit for ages lol

typical of gayboy feminist to intertwine their own feminist agenda with an unrelated topic, such as athiesm. and shame on her for taking up time to do that while aronra and a dawkins are kept silent.

  • Wow. Condescension thinly disguised as political correctness. Astounding.

  • Congratulations. You went on a panel to discuss how best to communicate Atheism and spend 10 minutes whining about how nobody respects you and your views about abortion.

I did not know you before but now that I listened to you, I don't respect you either.

  • I'm a fellow female atheist and this woman just irritates me. Women like HER are why people cringe at the word "feminist". Every fucking thing is misogynistic. A man expressing what they'd like to do to a woman sexually MAY be impolite, but it's not misogyny. Death threats are terrible, but not inherently misogynistic, even if directed towards a woman (it could just be a personal thing, not a female thing). Richard Dawkins receives death threats everyday. Go complain to him.

  • @FM897 I also think that Western feminists should stop with all the orientalist stereotypes against women in the Middle East, their ideas to me seem taken out of an old orientalist stereotype book. They've subscribed to almost every misandric notion towards Middle East males.

  • @FM897 I agree. I've been listening to all the SGU episodes recently. From the moment she joins she repeatedly says in nearly every episode that she loves the attention from guys and they should keep up the compliments, they make her feel "sexy", and to keep the marriage proposals coming. Along side advertising her nude calender.

In one episode the host says "can we stop the Rebecca worship in EVERY message? It's nice but seriously, you sound like losers!". She got pissed and told them not to.

  • @FM897 And then she has the audacity to publicly bring these messages up?! It's absolutely unbelievable. I honestly can't stress enough how often and how much she KEEPS repeating over and over about her male fans and the "rebecca worship". She basically begs for more. Oh and she keeps saying "notice how your show moved from 30 to 8 on the iTunes charts after I joined? Weird huh?".

She tries to seem jokey but you can tell she does kind of mean it. She's a repulsive hypocritical attention seeker.

  • @FM897 And there are a LOT more women who deserve to be where she is.Women who are genuinely interesting, who bring up original topics, unique perspectives. Geniuses who are overlooked or who have small audiences. But who gets to the top? Who else? Rebbeca "I wanna fuck hot nerdy movie stars and write about it on my "skepchickal blog"" Watson. A post. About wanting to have sex with a celebrity. On a science site. At least the premise is easily falsifiable.

And now. Sorry for reply-ranting. -_-

  • @theriggermortis2400 No problem at all! I didn't know those things about her and I appreciate you informing me! Plus, my original comment was a bit of a rant anyway ;) I want to make it clear that I also consider myself a feminist, but feel that certain feminists can be their own worst enemies.

  • @theriggermortis2400 Also, I understand that because women have been historically oppressed and men have always had an advantage, that there is a difference between a woman receiving a sexually graphic email and a man receiving the same email, at least in the context of sexism. The same thing goes for death threats.

  • @FM897 I've seen similar problems in other moments. In the end you can't control other people. The vocal minority that makes your group look like axe grinders will always be there and will always speak. The way out of it is for down to Earth people to speak up so outsiders see that those people are not the only ones in the movement.

  • @FM897 Im agree with you !!! Everything is misogynistic , im fucking sick of it !!!

Anyways , its an Atheist convention , not a Feminist Convention.

Im just sick of it , we are in the Fu**ing 21 century .

  • @FM897 I agree men aren't as misogynistic as some people think, you shoudn't even worry your pretty little head about it

  • @FM897 You're living proof that having a vagina doesn't automatically mean you know jack-shit about feminism. More succinctly, you're an ignorant buffoon, and most likely a rotten person.

  • @kurd55 Wow. Yes, ad hominem attacks are a GREAT way to make your point! I will ignore your flagrant display of immaturity for the sake of something more productive. I don't know jack-shit about feminism? Well, based upon this single exchange, it appears I know more than you do: not all feminists are the same and hold the same beliefs. As it turns out, I AM a feminist, but don't happen to share some of the beliefs that I have heard some feminists, like Rebecca, express or insinuate.

  • @FM897 I've heard 'em all, buffoon. Yawn. Don't waste your breath, or your head won't even be filled with air anymore.

  • @kurd55 Just a word of advice for future reference: if you think someone is ignorant, try educating this person instead of using cheap, obnoxious ad hominem attacks.

  • She sounds like a crazy feminist, more than an atheist. Every man in the US has already been de-balled, you feminists can stop burning your bras.

  • Who the fuck is Skep-chick? She no right to be seated next to Dawkins, im almost embarrassed for him.

  • 21st century and we still have people who want to deny equality for all. I sure hope that, if not in my life time, that equality does come about.

  • Well. I am utterly disgusted! I thought my son's and grandson's generation would have evolved past blatant sexism and misogyny. I'd love to see you run your mouths to MY face, you snivelling little pukes. Think of me as your grandma on steroids. I'll happily supply my address to any of you who want to look me in the eye and repeat your bullshit so I can slap you like your mammas should have.

  • @TheWhimsicalMimzy classy

  • Abortions for some, miniature American flags for others!

  • I see epithets, stereotypes and slurs in these comments that are just dehumanizing. I wonder if these brave, anonymous internet geeks would be so blatantly hateful, prejudiced and dismissive about a large Black man, in person? It's the same thing: hate her for her biological construction, her appearance, and her courage to discuss it openly. Superficial pseudo-men, threatened by honesty. I'd love to participate in the atheist community; these comments tell me I'm not welcome, cuz of plumbing?

  • Wow! Only atheists can get grandpa munster and the undertaker in the same room! Maybe I should convert to secular humanism?

  • There's nothing wrong with a man coming on to a woman, unless the language is repulsive. I was thinking, maybe you don't like men, I mean sexualy and so you get insulted when it happens.

  • Rebecca watson probably can make a good pot pie, she should have proved her worth as a women and made mr dawkins one before she sat next to a man such as he.but man if she burns the pot pie,she cooks at the next convention.

  • this hog is a ball buster ...very hard to listen too :(

  • I still don't understand what she means. I play in a band and I've had girls whistle at me and tell me I'm hot, they don't mention the music. Well, some like the music too but some don't mention it at all. It's happened over email too.

Is that Misandry? I know it can be a bit weird having a stranger say that stuff, actually, I've had gay guys do the same, is that sexism? ...cont...

  • ...cont... I get her point of view and that only an idiot would either miss the point or be too stupid to understand or maybe just trying to be insulting.

Does that mean she should just assume that he's doing the negative thing? The thing that bothers me is apparently the guys on non-prophets said she was talking sense, I pretty much agree with their logic in most cases but I can't find that episode to hear it explained. No matter what way I come at it she's the one asserting his intent.

  • 13:26 Dawkins has a quick wank under the table

  • Damn it SHUT UP WOMAN!

God imagine being married to that!!

  • I don't know why people are upset she is talking about the female side of atheism. It's not something to disregard. She's on a panel with friggin' Aron and Richard Dawkins. She has to bring another perspective. We don't exactly have that many outspoken female atheists out there. "Communicating Atheism" is pretty freakin' wide range of topics. This is one.

  • @Reip187 Obviously she could have been more prepared and less nervous, but come on man. She's certainly over her head here I'd say, but all this anger is absurd. Some of you guys are just re-enforcing exactly what she was talking about. I have no idea what her views are on other videos, but I could care less when it has little to do with this.

  • Dear god, how stupid. Sexism is EVERYWHERE, lady, and it goes both way. You just proved this.

  • yawn

  • To the female yapping in this video... YAWN

  • Oh wow. Hey aron. Does Dawkins know you said you wanted to bitch slap him? haha.

  • uhh...dumb

  • wtf..... communicate atheism lady.. not ur personal issues...

  • This was just hours before someone *gasp* asked her for coffee.

  • girl is idiot...its like high school chatter. SILENCE WOMAN

  • Rebekah is hijacking the forum.

  • Individual1.-Lets talk about Communicating Atheism.

R.Watson.-Lets not and say we did. (Changes topic to feminism)

    R.Dawkins.- *Facedesk*

  • Why are feminists always chicks you wouldn't wanna fuck in the first place?

  • Dawkins and AronRa in one setting!

What more could a rationalist ask for

  • you sexist bitter guys and gals should have hard hatesex

  • If you want to disagree with the content of Rebecca Watsons (or anyone else’s) speech, make an intelligent argument and present a differing opinion. If you want to critique her delivery, do so astutely and constructively. Else, STFU.

  • @1NQUISITIV3 You demand that all disagreement be handled "astutely and constructively," yet you handled your own disagreement with the very people you're addressing with an unsubstantiated assertion, authoritarian demand, and an "or shut the fuck up" tacked on for good measure (this last was especially eloquent). The bulk of your comment consisted of amateur-hour logical fallacies. I don't know or care what your gender is, but you're DEFINITELY a cunt.

  • If the mere idea that half of the human species should be afforded the same freedom, respect and opportunities as the other half makes you so angry that you are compelled to refer to anyone suggesting such equality a “cunt,” then you are just as, if not more ignorant than Christian fundamentalists.

  • Skeptchick totally hijacked what could have been an insightful platform to discuss issues related to atheism. Unfortunately, everything is boiled down to M/F for this woman. It's just like a racist boils everything down to race or B/W relativism. Being an atheist woman is no different than being an atheist male because your atheism doesn't spring from your genitals, it springs from your reason and rationality.

  • i hate it when people subtly talk about one issue when they are suppose to be talking about another.

stab me slowly or stab me quickly does not matter to me i still get stabbed

when you stab me subtly and slowly you are just wasting your own time and life.

  • I love how Dawkins only gives her three claps when she's introduced.

  • @sstuddert ...and he then proceeds to scratch his nose.

  • Man-hater.

  • @Xenokee She doesn't hate men... Just the ones who are more compotent then her & the ones who refuse to kiss her arse, but only after they spend hours grovveling for her attention... If you just ask her for coffee, it becomes a lynching crime... Of course it's only a feminist lynch mob, possibly the laziest sort of lynch mob in the world.

  • Anyone who says sexism is not an issue in "modern society" is obviously in denial. I have worked in a male dominated field for 10 years, and deal with sexism every single day. It's like the people who say there is no racism in the U.S. We have not come as far as we would like to think on either of these issues. Of course, if you're a white man, you don't see it this way.

  • Comment removed

  • What the fuck? Shut that bitch up. Dawkins is there and has been sat in silence for like 10 minutes.

  • I like to think I'm not sexist, but that Girl / Woman is going on so much about sexism that I'm really getting bored, can we cut to the Atheist stuff please?

  • @FreeOneSolo ?? Have you ever seen Dawkins on other panel discussions like these? He's always like that!

  • I love how that Skepchick person thinks Dawkins' death threats are fucking hilarious--she even has one for her ring tone HAHA! Because Islamic terrorists and other idiot fundies never kill anyone. But when it comes to her threats, there like totally super cereal guys because she's a woman. How she manages to be so oblivious of her own hypocrisy is beyond me.

I think I understand why Dawkins looked so nauseated throughout her presentation. He was right to cut off this lame duck.

  • Is she sure it isn't just an internet problem?

  • Wait, why would there be sexism is an atheist community?

  • he looks so out of place

  • Many of Rebecca Watson's points are valid, as one can see just from reading the comments here, but she is completely irresponsible and, dare I say, "privileged" to spend all that time talking about it on *the wrong panel*. There were less than 10 seconds of her speech that were actually about how to communicate atheism.

  • Who are these fucking nobodys sharing the desk with Dawkins? Just bloggers who have contributed nothing.

  • Well... these comments certainly are depressing.

  • @xRocketNumber9x - I agree. But, as she says in another video, they do very neatly prove exactly the point she is trying to make :-)

  • @xRocketNumber9x

Wow, I am totally stuned. Mouth dropped open. These comments are overwhelmingly hateful toward this woman for daring to state what she has experienced. Someone even called her a cunt for her experience/opinion. This is all very disheartening. I came to atheism after a lifetime of religious indoctrination. One of the main things that lead me in this direction was the obvious hatred for women in the bible and Christianity. Damn. Whoa.

  • @MariMattie I think you may be reacting with a bit of knee-jerk here. You correctly say "hateful toward THIS woman" but then conflate hatred of an individual human with their entire gender. Though it may be crude or mean, I hardly find it misogynistic if someone says "this woman is a cunt." Her sex is incidental here; they're simply saying "I hate things about this person."

And you can't think it's sexist to disagree with her hijacking of an panel on ATHEISM to rant about a non-incident.

  • 11 minutes in - she laughs at the "awesome" threats that Dawkins gets. She calls them "hilarious." She made one of them her "ringtone." Everyone gets a good laugh about it. However, we must all be ever-so-serious and treat as a crime against humanity, similar emails that she receives. Does anyone else see the incongruity here?

  • You got to meat richard dawkins! man your lucky!!

  • Its awesome how some people seem to think that sexism is exclusive to males discriminating against females. To everyone who agrees with this, you are so dumb.

This type of feminism is designed to make all men guilty all of the time for something a very small percentage of men are actually responsible for. It is not unlike religion manipulating guilt to trick more people (sources of income) into willingly enslaving themselves.

  • I agreed with much of the stuff that Rebecca said, but I do take issue with her stance that the sexual fanmail she gets is born from sexism. I don't think it's born from sexism at all, but more born from rudeness and a general lack of control. I, being gay, often fantasize sexually about males. The reason I don't TELL them about these fantasies or DESCRIBE the fantasies to them is because I have a measure of self-control. Some people are just very rude, but that doesn't mean they're sexist.

  • I'd do her
