  • This is amazing. I adore the beatles.

  • *Michelle

  • This is what Michel Obama would sound like if a hippo sat on her head and Chuck Norris kicked her in the stomach.

  • this song sounds so beautiful i wanted to cry

  • This song makes me cry T_T I can't help it, it's so beautiful!

  • Wow, this is the most intelligible Sweet Ann song I've heard. Very nice!

  • that vocaloid colorizes the vocals in a very unnatural way. sounds horrible to me and i would never ever use it.

  • @Elnufo Its the same for all Vocaloids, even the Japanese os, plus she was released in 2007 and things have improved over time on this sort of thing. Heck, the most famous Miku is low quality in comparison to most modern Vocaloids.

  • GlaDos's sister.

  • can I Make her sing yesterday???? by the beatles

  • Her voice reminds me a bit of Kerli. :3

  • She was actually used right and she sounds great

  • Wtf is yoko singing this?

  • Vraiment tres beau ! Jaime beaucoup !

  • nice

  • Awesome. Does anybody know if the vsq can be still be downloaded from somewhere, since the blogspot link is dead?

  • I think sounds like lady gaga !~ OMG~

  • I dun like engloid... but... she sounds great ~!~

  • i like it^^

  • i love her voice. its just so smooth and her accent adds a nice touch. :)

  • I had a very bad image of Sweet Ann, beeing the first "vocaloid" and sounding creepy quite often......but now I'm cured.

This cover is beautiful!! Her voice is very soft.

  • @SanatioDani Search in youtube for " Sweet Ann Crazy " - nice cover too!

  • @SanatioDani Sweet Ann isn't the first Vocaloid, she is the first VOCALOID2 Vocaloid, the first Vocaloids are Leon and Lola.

  • @SpottedleafCCRVMK Right sorry. After a while I dicovered she was a Vocaloid2. It's pretty hard to find a page that really gives a list of ALL vocaloids by order, often you only have a description for the japanese ones. I'm quite new to all that "non-japanese" vocaloid thing.

  • @SanatioDani Vocaloid Wikia... It lists ALL Vocaloids.

  • it sounds very beautiful and incredible ^ ^

  • How do you make RealStrat sound like that? I have RealStrat, but it sounds like crap...it sounds like an acoustic steel string, I dunno what settings to change to make it sound like an actual strat connected to an amp, if you can help me with this, that would be awesome.

  • @MsJalvlie you would need a virtual amp vst and load it as an effect for realstrat.

for amp vsts, I recommend Amplitube or Guitar Rig

  • Proof that English vocaloids can sound just as amazing in the right hands. I hope this convinces people to buy more Engloids (and master their use), so that they can continue to improve even more :3

  • Me encanto. solo dire eso

  • The Download link isnt working :(

  • Thumbs up if you think this sounds better than Ke$ha

  • It's really weird when as soon as I play this song, butterflies appear everywhere 0.0

  • I'm writing a song based on a single my uncle wrote for me, and I noticed how closely the melody resembles this one, so I thought I could blend the solo from this into mine using audacity.

  • I would not have guessed that Sweet Ann was a synthetic voice. i would have guessed that Ann was a non-native speaker of English. Very good performance.

  • dose anyone have a backup of this ust the link is down

  • Bravo! And I thought Miriam was awesome! Tonio, is also simply astounding. I wonder if Sweet Ann running on V2 will translate phonemes better than V1 Miriam...We had to resort to some odd work-arounds to get Miriam to pronounce some words acceptably.

  • *waves a lighter*

  • I love Ann.

  • ;u; Oh god...oh god this is really happening!! <3

  • Sounds like a midi file!

  • I would *LOVE* if there were more Engloid songs this clear and beautifully done. Especially if they could have original songs of this quality. Please, producers. I will team up with you and draw you a PV if you can do that.

  • *clap clap clap* x10³³

  • Wow... LOOOOOOOVE *_______*

  • So this is how Stephen Hawking sings.

  • d ^_^ b

  • that is outstanding work from you ! :) cool ....:)

  • This is really beautiful. Lots of vocal expression and emotion. I am impressed. Nice instrumentals, too.

  • the VSQ link is broken :S

  • wow

  • Good Job!

  • this is by far the most amazing thing ever! You are like the king....real talk

  • @MetalLuigi666

the brothers kagamine? I think you mean "kagamines" as one of them is a chick.

  • This is probably the best English vocaloid cover I have ever heard.

  • D': i wish they upgraded the engloids like they do with the japanese ones.

  • @randomdudett12 If you knew the reality of the Japanese voices, You would not say it

  • @MasterVocaloid What's that supposed to mean.

  • I love this! I would love to learn how to use the english software so I could use Sweet Ann...

  • Sweet Ann actually sounds like a girl. Listen to Lola and she sounds like a boy.o.O

  • This is what an angel sounds like. ♥

  • is there a sweet ann anime version? they NEED to sell more of those things somehow so it'd get popular and be introduced to a western audience. this is amazing.

  • @EltBerserker Nope. If you want to market something to the general Western public, you do not, under any circumstances, use anime style.

  • :/

  • HOLY %*$& HOW HAVE I NEVER HEARD THIS BEFORE THIS IS AMAZING!!

  • MY DAD WILL LISTEN TO THIS 24/7

THIS CANNOT B SHOWN 2 HIM

  • whoa... I never heard such a realistic Vocaloid song before! I hope Miku's finished English voice bank will sound as realistic as Sweet Ann's!

  • That was beautiful.

  • Omg, this is the best I've heard from Sweet Ann.

  • 0:42 letter b~ letter b~ letter c~ letter d~

  • @miguelxcl you are bad. Lol.

  • woow qe dificil debio haber sido :s

  • Holy Crap, If I didn't know any better I would think this was a real person rather than a vocaloid. She sounds so realistic D: That's freaking amazing and I love her voice.

  • Wow, I can really hear a more western feel to her voice! It totally fits the character. Great job!

  • wow this sounds so realistic0.0

  • DAMN THEY USING THE PROGRAM

  • This is really cool, I really want this software. I'm probably going to go for Leon. Favourite part is when it says Whisper because it sounds similar to the way a polish person would say whisper.

  • @soroland1 I actually wouldn't go for Leon unless you are better with Vocaloid, since I heard the older ones can be a real pain to deal with. >.<

  • Crowning Music of Awesome.

  • whats funny is, sweet ann came before miku XD

  • @xBlackRoseWhiteRosex No...no she didn't . A . Hate to burst your bubble but Leon and Lola came out before Miku. Not Sweet Ann and Big Al.

  • @ToromaKanieren :P I know that i was recently on Vocaloid wiki i will post what i read :P

    Sweet Ann[60] PowerFX English Female , JodyJody 2007-06-29June 29, 2007

Hatsune Miku (CV01)[61] Crypton Future Media Japanese Female Fujita, SakiSaki Fujita 2007-08-31August 31, 2007

Sorry to burst YOUR bubble but she did come out before miku :)

  • It is good!.. but east west choir is better :P

  • @Shaneybob324 I'm not agree with your opinion, has a good library of sounds, but their software is very bad to use. You say that because you have not used Symphonic Choirs

  • @MasterVocaloid ease of use doesn't make the difference really.. it's the finished product.. and I have used Symphonic Choirs.

  • @Shaneybob324 There is much difference between a quality product easy to use and a quality product difficult to use. Also, you will not have heard many works in any language with a diction "understandable "with Symphonic Choirs, let alone in English.

  • @MasterVocaloid Ok, I agree with you on that one. I guess they both have their uses.. but personally I don't like the sound of vocaloid..

  • 2 people couldn't let it be

  • OMG , my mother love Beatles and she love'it this music *-*

  • Oh my god?! You gotta be kidding it sounds absolutely amazing! WOOW

  • Miss Sweet Ann, Thank you! This i s one of my favorite song. Good Job!

    from Japanese old man

  • woooow, the best! *-*

  • Goodness, this is stunning. Would anyone happen to have an mp3 file of this? I'd love to listen to this offline! (:

  • @twilight7wolf I do. (if you still want it)

  • @twilight7wolf try to downloaded from te page:.listentoyoutube

  • @twilight7wolf > yes it's good indeed, download the video and then convert it to mp3 , good luck.

  • @twilight7wolf Everebody will download a lot of great tunes soon, so stay tuned....

  • WOW.

Her long tones sounds so real! It is sad that her box art is ugly.

  • wow1!!!song so real!!!!!!

  • wow :) sounds more real.

  • wao, there are english vocaloids?!?!? ehh well this is really cool, but I like the japanese ones better :x (RIN AND LEN FTW XDD)

  • oh my god... I CAN'T EVEN HANDLE THIS. :') ITS TOO AMAZING.

  • That was incredible. Well done!

  • amazing! o.O

    -listens in awe-

  • Lets put in in one word

    OUTSTANDING!!!!!!

  • LENNON JUST GOT REPLACED BY A COMPUTER

    WELCOME TO AMERICA JOHN

  • @mrfourtysevenman John Lennon didn't sing "Let It Be". I was Paul McCartney. Not trying to be rude or anything, I'm just a huge Beatles fan. :)

  • @mrfourtysevenman and even though it was paul, NEVER could ANYONE, real or fake, replace the any one of the beatles. It's more of a tribute to them... how widespread their influence was, a sign that we still can feel what they put into their music, their heart and soul. And we remember them.

  • It can't seem to sing the word ANSWER.

  • This is easily the best example of a vocaloid singing in English that I've found. I was so impressed I even let my mum hear it (And she was a fan of the original beatles track - actually so am I, but I'm a bit more tolerant for covers :) )

  • Sweet Ann sounds AMAZING!

  • Haha, this is a very bad evolution for real singers, as Ann never sings out of key :D

  • She sounds kind of Scottish to me. Her Rs come a bit quicker and lighter than if there wasn't an accent.

  • @NateVarmac "Sweet Ann" is a pun on the word "Sweden", which is where her voice sample came from. :3 Just thought I'd throw that out there.

  • @NateVarmac "Sweet Ann" is a pun on the word "Sweden". :3 Just thought I'd throw that out there.

  • @MascheraDiMusica I was thinking about that. When she says her name, it comes out as "SWEE-DAN"

  • Sounds good, but I have Vocaloid and play a real organ and mostly I play in the Key of Eb.I noticed ther is no way to set singer for matchup with coresponding key .WTF. Maybe Im missing something .Cant use program unless it does. ??????????

  • @GordyGoo12 Sweet Ann's voice provider is Australian. Only the company is Swedish.

  • I TOTALLY LOVE IT

  • This is the vocaloid closest to being a human... How awesome!

  • Great work of couz. But u must hear carefully real singer to edit voice intonations & expressions on every music material, otherway you cant make vocaloid singer be realistic. For me, I dont know why not to invite real singer girl. Vivid sound & more more easy. Many demos of vocaloid wich I had heard are really imperssive, but the tool iself is not impressive in use.

  • what program do you use for guitar midi ?

i use realstrat too , but i cant bending guitar sound

    how you do that ?

  • Probably the best Beatles cover done by a Vocaloid.

  • Dr.vox like that sound

  • Dr.vox like that sound

  • AH ANOTHER ONE I LOVE BOTH SINGER S BEATLES AND SWEET ANNE <3

  • it sounds like an old woman is singing. people do not shake their voices that much when singing. there are a lot of dynamics to work on in this program which I have no idea people want to replace human singing with computers. with the time it takes recreate the vocals in the song you could teach it to 12 students.

it is talented but I don't think this should be considered the future of vocal talent.

  • @DantendoDS

now i don't think they want to replace human singers.

  • Amazing. I've never seen a Vocaloid performance where the subtitles were superfluous. Bravo.

  • Yeah combine this with autotune = explosion

  • could you add a link for the instrumental please?

  • this is just awesome

  • BETTER THAN ORIGINAL

  • where did you get this?

    vocaliod sweet ann?

  • @sathian1000 Mmm, seeing you live in the UK I'm guessing they sell Vocaloid there, considering that many vocaloids are English. I think they would sell her where they sell other vocaloids, but, then again, she is actually Swedish so you might have to find her on Ebay or something. Srry if this isn't help, I live in the U.S.

  • I love how it has even the small details of the notes, so beautiful.

  • very nice.. although vocaloids are not meant to sing english made it a little bit werid, but again really well done.

  • @kenny9438 She's Sweet Ann. She's an ENGLISH VOCALOID.

  • Excellent!

Getting clever these computers - lol

  • Totally awesome dude.

  • This is amazing!

  • Wow, a Sweet Ann song I can actually understand without looking at the subs. Great job and applause to you!

  • Definitely one of the much, much better Vocaloid songs. :D It starts a bit awkward, and there are some bits where you can tell she's a Vocaloid, but other bits are really great. The chorus is especially well-done.

  • May i please have the vsq for this song

  • this is sooo good, it sounds almost like a real person. good job :D

  • Good effort.

  • this is great. the most realistic ive heard an english vocaloid sing. great job.

  • It's sounds so real!! <3<3

This is a prove that English vocaloid can sound as good (or probably more) as the Japanese one!

It depends on the creator, not all people can use vocaloid correctly.. :/

Just because there's not much of good English vocaloid songs, that doesn't meant they can't sound good. ;D

  • I feel like the English vocaloids, although older, sound way more realistic than the Japanese ones. People just really like idolizing the Japanese ones because they have characters

  • @Tuilelen yeah you're probably right about Japanese ones having characters but the real reason behind it is that there are several very talented producers who work behind the japanese vocaloids and compose songs that goes around the world whereas for the english vocaloids, most of their uses are for covers of already known english songs. that makes all the difference

  • @Tuilelen Big Al has a character! And she does have a (very ugly) face…

  • @Tuilelen Not necessarily. The Japanese language is actually a lot easier to imitate in the Vocaloid software, and even though an untrained Japanese Vocaloid user will end up with a really bad sound, it will still be understandable. The English language is a lot more complicated, and a lot more difficult to use, you can't type in lyrics and expect it to always sound clear. It takes a lot more work. Of course, you're right. There is a real bias towards the Japanese vocaloids because they're cute.

  • @Insaniloids English is not more complicated than Japanese. It may have a more complicated set of sounds, but that doesn't make it more complicated overall.

  • @YouStoleMyTube Well, I mainly meant phonetically anyway. ^^

  • @Insaniloids I think the same thing applies to standard Text-to-speech programs

  • @machiner6 I think you're right!

  • @Insaniloids there are subtitles on a video for a reason. The Kagamine's for example are renounced for their history of prononication problems and their not alone. Ah software's first three vocaloids also had problems, so did Lily and even the cream of Vocaloid 2 VY2 has a slight problem. There are things there in the Japanese Vocaloids just the same as English, however, unless you know what they are you don't fix them.

  • @Tuilelen the Japanese ones sound real. it just that there made to sing in Japanese, that's why they sound weird when sing in English cuz the cant pronounce things right.

  • That's just... wow...

    So well done...

And this Vocaloid has a very realistic voice

  • awesom!!

  • from 1:17 is doesnt even sound like a computer.....<3

  • so amazing :D!!

  • Sweet Ann's so underrated XP She has a really pretty voice, it's the stupid box art that scares people away and the weaboos who can't stand the fact that there are some English vocaloids that actually sound ok, hopefully when she gets some new box art people will open up to her a bit more :]

  • :D amazing job!! it'd be awesome if i could download this!!

  • Sooooooo beutiful :(

  • the world will one day learn to love Sweet Ann, thanks to people like you. <3

  • Wow. She's a good english Vocaloid.

  • Another 5 or 10 years of development and this could be interesting stuff..

  • Ah i cant stop listening to it >_<

  • Wait... thats a computer voice? Its not real??

  • @shirteesdotnet Yup! They made this with a computer software called ''Vocaloids'' people can use it to make songs. Sweet Ann is one of the early Vocaloids. But she is a English Vocaloid. The Japanese Vocaloids are more famous. You should search for ''Vocaloid'' and you will find beautiful songs :') PS Japanese Vocaloids sing english funny =D

  • Funny voice hahahahuhsuahushauhusa.

  • Sounds beautiful! I'd love to produce vocaloid versions like this one >.<
