okay question - everyone says that the ebony blade uses the one-handed perks (i.e. armsman) to upgrade damage rather than the two-handed version of that perk (along with killing friendly NPCs) but the Skyrim wiki says under the "bugs" category that with the Xbox 360 version there is "no blend of perks" as in the ebony blade plays entirely as a two-handed weapons getting upgraded damage from the two-handed perks.....wtf is going on with this stupid weapon?!

You have to kill 3 of your followers in order for her to talk the first time then after that shell talk for every 2 followers you kill. An easy way to do this is to get conjugation up to 100 then use the dead thrall spell on one of your followers everytime you kill them.

If I say, hire a mercenary or take another follower out into the deep wild, like way the hell away from ANYONE. and then kill them there. What will the effects be on my game? If no one saw it, does it not change anything? or do people instantly know what I've done or whatever (example I did a lot of pickpocketing and maxed it out way early and never got caught *loaded saves when I did) then went into a new town that i'd never been too and guards started calling me sneak thief.

Easy way is to kill one friendly, then revive them indefinitely with Dead Thrall. I had to where 3 pieces of conjuration enchanted items to lower the magicka cost enough though. You get Dead Thrall from Phinis Gestor in the college of winterhold.

You should have sacrificed Lydia to Boethia for the Ebony mail. It casts muffle on you when sneaking and has a permanent cloak enchantment, like cloak of flames, that does damage to enemies within a certain range, except it's poison damage. It has an awesome black aura, and is heavy armor, upgradable with ebony ingot.

There are 5 hired followers you can use like the elf lady in whiterun, 3 followers like Benor that are easy to obtain from brawling, and then you just need to find two more and your good. Better then the risker civilians that could get you bounties. And if you can reraise humans then you just need the 5 hired followers.

HEY THIS IS SO MUCH EASIER! GO TO THE COLLEGE OF WINTERHOLD AND BUY THE DEAD THRALL FROM PHINEAS GESTOR. THEN TAKE ONE OF YOUR FOLLOWERS AND KILL HIM OR HER. THEN REVIVE THEM WITH DEAD THRALL. KILL THEM AGAIN. SHE WILL NOT WHISPER THE SECOND TIME. THEN KILL HIM OR HER AGAIN. THEN SHE WILL WHISPER. KEEP GOING UNTIL THE BLADE IS COMPLETE.
