I have been to Monument Valley once - great place. Went to Walnut Canyon N.M., the Waputki and Sunset Crater, then Monument Valley and Navajo National Monument. The trip went on from there up to Wyoming and the verdent Green River. All wonderful places. I hope to re-visit Monument Valley again. Nice folks there indeed.
The Canyon is awesome !! My family is from here. Its not to far from Monument Valley, (Kayenta, Arizona). Come out for a visit! You all will love it. A lot of cool native american families live in this area on the Navajo Nation.
