p.s. i do apllaud the protests though.....the key is keeping it going....eastham library was built not to long ago.....a lot of our money spent on it......it wasnt on the list for closure but guess what....sit down for this one........no really.....they shut it down because they listened to the people....my partner is from eastham and her parents still there...they havent spoken to ANYONE who agreed with this....if eastham was on the list, do you think they wouldnt have protested...2nd rant over

when a council invests its tax payers money into an icelandic investment bank and its goes drastically wrong do you really think councillors wages and pensions suffer?.where was the protests then?...............post offices...public services......cheap alcohol at supermarkets.........libraries­....arts centres...even health and safety conscious lollipop personnel......still dont hear of any white collar jobs being mentioned?.rant over..........
