I have this for at&t :D. And you can use the microphone on texting if you use the swpe keyboard. Also my battery life is alittle less than i day. I woke up at 10 and starting using it most of the day and it wouldve died around 7ish. But ovrall i still love this phone

Oh and upgradable memory is a big plus. Plus i can customize my homescreen exactly how i want it, not just with folders. Iphones had to make like 6 phones to be cool and the phones are all very similar. Everyone that has an iphone all have the same apps.lol there are millions reasons why ihate iphones.

Iphone's are garbage... i went from a 4s to the razr and i will never look back. Fact is verizons 4g lte is well worth it, i clocked 21mbps on speed test.net at work. Guess what my buddies 4s got.... 2mbps. Thats garbage i dont care what planet your from. Iphones are gsm network and will never have the real 4g lte. The phones are very similar in specs but if you want freedom from apple's "app store, stupid greedy itunes, and no customization", get a razr on verizons network and you will agree.

THE BEST ANDROID PHONE, for another 3 months. Seriously, get an iPhone, be secure for at least 1-2 years.

Its undeniably faster. Better clock speed or higher screen resolution doesn't mean shit, stop reading off a sheet of paper. Basically, android is laggy and iPhone is fast. There are more accessories and shit like that for iPhone, and the app store still wins.

But its depends if you prefer the interface for android or iPhone, I prefer android. But its undeniable that iPhone is better.

@Trevizdabomb if you put the motorola droid in comparison to a samsung nexus, the motorola will be hands down, better. the construction of motorola phones are WAY superior to the construction of samsung. kevlar > rubber or plastic/ stainless steel. those ratings are based on what samsung would rate their phones to get people to buy them. samsung is money hungry. just like bill gates. all android phones will have the same specs, too. humming bird, etc.

@Trevizdabomb and my heart isnt just with motorola, i agree, most of motorola's are not smart phones, and are not worth getting. and in fact at the moment i have a samsung and it is falling apart. for its constuction is poor. the entire body is constucted of plastic. i had to transition phones because the last samsung i had, i dropped from 2 feet and the screen completely shattered. HTC WAS my best bet, since their phones are second best next to the motorola droid razr. so yeah.

Task killers are detrimental to phone's in the long run.. Messes with Android's built-in task managing system... They aren't necessary, and really don't help the phone, I've done quite a bit of research because I used to use task killers as well.

@MalpaisLegate, the slowness issue happens mostly to older android phones, but can still happen, but task killer apps are good solutions, however i must say i bought the droid razr a few weeks ago, it maybe just me but i did not experience any slow downs(except once when i opened all my apps to test it's power, but still not high),btw, the new ics update, according to google, is supossed to kill that issue.

WAIT! This NOT a Super AMOLED Plus Display! Its a Super AMOLED Advanced Display, which is slightly (but not really noticeable for untrained eyes) under the quality and sharpness of the Plus Display. I know, the name is confusing.

Futhermore you can exchange the 123 button on the keyboard (somehow) and replace it with a microphone or swipe. Btw: Swipe is working extraordinary on that phone!!!

And for almost 80% of rogers phones, a minimum contract price is $56.00 a month including taxes, and for a 3 year contract? Its around $2000. You don't pay the full price, but I would rather buy the phone outright and put it on pay as you go, usually lasts 4-5 months with $100 on it.
