Why is it important to first do the strength training and follow it with the intervals when doing the work-outs back to back? I was wondering in what order to do them today and found this video! :) Thanks!!!
@MissMonicaification Because the priority of your workouts is Strength - that is if you wish to lose fat and look toned and defined. If you do intervals 1st - you fatigue your muscles - and this means you decrease the performance of the workout that makes a difference to your overall metabolism.
@holidayjoi Oh wow! That was quick and makes perfect sense! I would like to personally thank you for all of these wonderful videos and tips on youtube!! I am unable to afford the club at this time but thanks to your videos I have lost a few pounds, but more importantly inches!!! I look forward to sharing my before and after photos in the near future! :) God bless you!
I had a quick question, If you eat lets say 2000 calories, and burn 500 calories doing excersice, should you replace the 500 calories you burn???So not to lose the weight and only the Fat?Please a quick Yes or No will do.......Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

@vipsamsam Whn you lose weight because of burned calories, you lose fat, ALWAYS. If you want to lose the fat, don't replace the calories you burned!
