yes you should get an export.i have a pearl export elx and it is great,it isnt to expensive and sounds great

Nice kit, the snare is cracking so much character. Not to fond of the kik drum myself, id prefer more loosy tuned with a mic hole. Over all top notch.

I agree with you on the kick drum. the sound was a little awkward.

The kit is a Pearl MHX (Masters Mahogany) 4-ply with Maple re-enforcement hoops. 12x8 tom, 14x14 floor, 20x16 kick, 14x5 brass sensitone snare & some old sabians & zildjians.
