terrible. Bolivias problem is that they already import like 70% of their food. They're extremely dependent. Last year when global food prices rose, flour and oil (and many other products) got 50% or more expensive. And it already is the poorest country in South America.
The government needs to develop agriculture with the money they make from gas/oil nationalisations!
