the easiest way to make 'eba' is to put the dried gari in a bowl, then pour on boiling water , stir and then mold. Nobody makes 'eba' like this back home, it's not the traditional way of making it at all!!

Why do you assume I don't know what cassava is? You can buy it in the US at stores and I did. I know it's not the same or as good as fresh homemade, but why try and knock me for trying something new?
