The earth is fixed, Ok the Bible also says that He hung the (round)world upon nothing,so here is a wrong interpretation put right! does that follow that God is also wrong in the explicit doctrines expressed in the Bible! God says Death came into the world because of the sin of men, so to believe in God you cannot believe in a model of culmination of death! It goes against what God tells us, Now if there is one lie in the Bible,the entire Bible is worthless! So thanks for boosting my faith!

I thought god has omnipotence at his disposal. If so, how can the bible be anything other than exactly what he intended? Or, god would not be very appreciative of us humans deciding which passges are literal and which ones we'll make up the meaning.

Then there is the ? of , which god and which bible.
