i was standing to the right of him when he hit that shot, the purest strike i have ever seen in my life... he hit it just over the green and dropped the birdie putt from off the fringe..boom!!!!
good fade/cut swing but on the takeaway that left arm gets away from the body, and a bit of lifting, but it doesnt look any different than now with sean foley
Look at that friggin tee box. Must be a lot easier to hit off of. The last couple weekends I've been playing Maryland National and Musket Ridge, and I'll tell you what, the fairways are so nice at Maryland National that you can't help but hit every shot perfect. It's not just the length of the grass, it's the soft soil underneath. The greens are easier because there's no bumps and you don't have to take a full swing to get it to the hole. And they play courses 10 times better than that, lol.
@BILLUPS811 No he used the same takeaway all the time at US Open 2010 and Masters 2010 aswell. Taking it above the shaftplane then almoste laying off the club in the backswing

@benitocarbone54321 no worries mate, I probably would have drilled the camera man's shin standing in front of the scorer's sign to the left

Notice in the takeaway how he takes the club more away from his body a la butch harmon.
f0cusen 8 months ago
@f0cusen looks like he hit a cut here therefore that would be the reason for that

@f0cusen yes but on his draw swings the club stayed lower to the ground a bit longer than this and he was nt as layed off at the top
