I still think trading cards are a little ridicolous (hate me if you want =D), but the first game was actually really challenging and fun. You couldn't just play through the game without thinking a lot. I hope I can find a translated version now =)

great game, but i got stucked on the rocket island in the grass fortress and idk what to do, they speak somthing on japanise..... the dialogs are not transleded not even single 1 after the begining, the moust usless 1..... i cant wait for the complete patch ^^

There is a english patch in the works here. Currently 70% done.

There is a translation being made by someone. The patch he currently has up is 30% finished and basically all the duels are 100% english, with a few minor exceptions like the battle animations. It makes the game feel exactly like the old one, but with new cards. The menu is translated too. Only downfall is that the in game dialogue isn't translated, but a new patch is set to come out soon. Message me if you want the link. :) I really want to support this guy, he's doing a service to us all.

The first game had the Fossil set... this game adds the Team Rocket cards, a bunch of Japan-only cards, and has a longer story.
