@azrielofdarkness Glory - in old days way - was to get up so close to the enemy you could smell his breath, and then prove to one and one other who was the best fighter and not the best eqquiped. Shooting someone or attacking from the back, or in any other way attacking so your opponent was unable to see you, was considered a cowards way and by so, unmanly.

@Ithellama As soon as non-self powered projectile weaponry comes into play, honor goes out the window buddy. I'm not saying that what you're suggesting has no worth, but in combat, true combat, rules are a disadvantage. Rules rule the ring, survival rules the streets.

I used to play soldier all the time (my gaming background is mostly Halo and CoD), but then I thought, would I rather be a soldier with some weapons I don't always use, largely devoid of abilities, or would I rather trade in my stupid shotgun for the ability to go invisible and SET PEOPLE ON FIRE? well i found an assault rifle in the collectors ship...and now im trained with it and im vanguard

on your first play through you will enter the abandoned collectors ship. its the ship the turians found and went missing. there you are going to see dead human bodies, and finally figure out why the collectors are harvesting humans. as you search the ship you will find a pile of weapons. you must pic them up, then and you can only chose 1 of the 3 m8 assault rifle, claymore krogon shot gun, or m97 sniper rifle. assuming your not a soldier. if your a soldier then i gues u would already have them

well i preffer the assault rifle for long rage shooting, the claymore shotgun is worthless in the hands of a human, its too slow. grunt can handle it though. besides the cerberua shotgun is just as good

all of the classes start out with the smg that fires in bursts. if you want the better smg that is full auto, then you have to go find it on the recruit Tali mission.

1. ECSTATIC that they made such wild variety among the classes, making them so extremely unique.

2. Utterly devastated because I can't decide between any of them! I'm able to resist playing Soldier or Adept because I beat Mass Effect 1 as both, but I am, right now, staring at the screen saying:

@Jizber i recommend for 3 good reasons 1. you have tech armor that has an almost never ending duration 2. if your shield goes down you can use tech armor to replenish your shields 3. THEY ARE COMPLETELY BADASS
