The load was probably dropped off for him that way and he was just taking it to another location. Sure, he could have prevented it but whoever stacked it should take some blame as well. I would hate working in a warehouse where those kinds of loads are common.

i've done something similar, only i wasn't carrying 2 pallets at once, but it was quite tall and wasn't shrink wrapped tight enough and it just tipped over in slow motion, i was like no GOD NO, NOOO!
