Actually they didn't even train him. I saw a documentary of this on animal planet. They got Christian at such a young age they actually just raised him like a normal house cat. They didn't train him at all. He just remembered them after a whole year. Its very heartwarming. I think everyone should have an animal like that as a pet. Even if eventually, you have to give them away to live a better life. As long as they remember you. And not as food.

its not that hard to get a lion, tiger(and bears oh my) as a pet if you have the cash to spend. its about 10,000$ US or about 25 Euro lol, to get one. the only thing you need is a whole lot if space, some permits from the local fish and wildlife dept, and a regular supply of fresh meat. if you are actually looking into it DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE THEY ARE A HUGE COMMITMENT AND LIABILITY. yea this is a cute video but this lion is the exception to the rule. keep in mind it will eat your kids.
