  • This used to air in October 1992 on WNYW FOX 5 during shows, such as "Montel", and re-runs of "M.A.S.H" & "Married with Children".

  • You guys are idiots ..... You talk so much about this school but you were probly the morons who were in the back of the class jerking off. Thats why your unemployed you dont know shit ! Why would you switch from day to night then night to day ? Make up your mind ... What did you expect brand new cars ? Maybe its better to fix messed up cars then then brand new cars that have nothing wronge with them .... Im in ac and ref right now and i rather fix other students mistakes then have nothing to do

  • this school is a rip off..they take a run for your money..i went for auto..the 65$ was a re-print from the late 80's.the tools where old,the cars where so messed up from kids who aint know shit about cars and they screwed it up for other classes..lol the cars where from katrina..smh..i transfered from day to night and went back to day..they said i couldnt go back until i payed 4,000..suck my dick apex tech

  • Great school i graduate in 08 I went there for electrical and turned out to be a truck driver, Awesome!

  • @Ginjuiceify my point exactly i went for electrical in 09 and i'm now in a CDL class Apex sucks and you got people on here trying to make the school look like it's wonderful yea right.

  • I've wanted to ask this for a long time: Who was the bald-headed guy in these commercials? Is he still around?

  • @cbc51

The spokesman for Apex. I don't know his name. If he's around, he's definitely retired by now or perhaps works in the offices of Apex.

  • call him already. What you waiting for! 212-645-3300

maybe their number is the same

  • I saw this on WNYW in early 1992 during Montel.

  • @Hal20062b and The Simpsons.

  • They always played this on WPIX during Sanford and Son...LOL!

  • @blairzel You mean in 1993?

  • YEAH BABY!!! Get up off your lazy ass and call him, because he can't call you!

  • I took this course back in 86. In fact , I am the guy with the blond hair in the video.

Taking this course taught me alot.

    I learned air conditioning repair.

This course also taught me plumbing and electrical. Today I am a electricain because of what I learned taking this course 24 years ago. I believe that this is a great school if you really want to learn a good trade, but it's not just taking the course, it's also require a deep desire on your part to want to be a great mechanic.

  • @RON6011

Wow, glad you got a chance to be on TV & that things worked out well. I know someone who works for a company named ESI/Luwa that deals with environmental chambers & installs and tests them. The company has plumbers, electricians & HVAC guys, so I guess Apex would be perfect for someone working for them. You're right & that desire is important in pretty much everything. I've seen people in great opportunities blow it all away since they're just lazy & don't care.

  • Do you really want to know what Apex is like ? ask the twenty something students who graduated with me almost 5 months ago who are still unemployed such as my self and in dept with student loans thanks Apex yes there is some crowding in that school as far as pot goes i know nothing about that they're elevators suck personally i wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that school i knew i should have studied for my CDL license instead smh

  • @Blackseed1978 Typo debt ***

  • how come he can't call us why do we have to take the first step

  • @Greefus he don't know everybody's phone numbers?

  • I can't call you, you have to take the first step...

  • Before attending any school find out about how their job placement is i graduated from this school from the Electrical Program June 09 been out of school looking for work for 2 months now smh everything isn't always what it seems do your homework and have a plan when graduating always good to have know someone in your field of study who can help you find work later on after you graduate don't depend on any particular school to help you find work seriously

  • what was apex like? I ask cuz I'm interested in going but i've heard diffrent things. One guy went there for welding and he liked it (partly cuz he said it was easy to buy pot there) but other reports i've heard make it seem like you don't learn shit there and it's over crowded. What do you have to say about it?
