Carrots, celery & peanut butter, pinapple, crackers this helps me cut back on those big meals, & over eating. But YES follow up with your M.D. You are a smart Girl.

aww I totally get the weight thing. I use to be like that but one day I just got so down about it I thought to myself you can either go up or down so I decided to go down. I was 78kgs and Im a short person so doesnt help but now Im a good health 64kgs. Just gota say to yourself I CHOOSE to do this.

I also wanted to say, don't beat yourself up about your weight. You're still a beautiful girl. As for the weight "issue", two things that have helped me are organic Greek yogurt (fat free, but VERY thick & filling); it's a great snack or breakfast. Also, Wii Fit-- I HATE working out in front of people at the gym. I do this is my living room every morning & feel so much better (physically & mentally). Take care!

Tlwifeybby55, what i absoluty love to do is use like 3 diffrent types of mascara... use the mascara with the thinner brush to get all small eyelashes, then a medium one to fill in... and the bigger one to make your lashes look thinker and fuller.... eyelining the bottom part of the lash works like magic (the root of your lashes).. =D LUCK
if i were you, i'd try a lengthening mascara. also, you can smudge dark eyeliner at the root of your lashes and underneath them (it's called tightlining), which will make them look fuller, i promise. i hope i was of some help :)

I also wanted to say, don't beat yourself up about your weight. You're still a beautiful girl. As for the weight "issue", two things that have helped me are organic Greek yogurt (fat free, but VERY thick & filling); it's a great snack or breakfast. Also, Wii Fit-- I HATE working out in front of people at the gym. I do this is my living room every morning & feel so much better (physically & mentally). Take care!

I love watching your tutorials. Can you tell me what eyeliners are safe for the inside edge of the lower eyelid? The one I use from Clinique not only burns, but doesn't last very long. Can you help?

Tlwifeybby55, what i absoluty love to do is use like 3 diffrent types of mascara... use the mascara with the thinner brush to get all small eyelashes, then a medium one to fill in... and the bigger one to make your lashes look thinker and fuller.... eyelining the bottom part of the lash works like magic (the root of your lashes).. =D LUCK

if i were you, i'd try a lengthening mascara. also, you can smudge dark eyeliner at the root of your lashes and underneath them (it's called tightlining), which will make them look fuller, i promise. i hope i was of some help :)

First of all, I love your videos. I have copied the Taylor Swift Teardrops on My Guitar look many times. While watching this video though, you mentioned something about Metformin, and I was wondering what was wrong with it. I currently take two Metformin 850mg tablets a day, so I was concerned.
