how does that dialogue glitch happen? when it keeps putting you back in the same spot over and over again?

That was because I use an emulator. I saved to a save state when I was at that spot, and loaded the state again to show the glitch multiple times and compare it to when it didn't happen.

@RubbberRabbbit2 Such a glitch happened when at Fireworks Factory, I got 601/600 gems. But when I loaded the game again, the extra gem was gone from the inventory.

That's not the glitch. The glitch is that when running close to the big stone helmet/head, the mouse won't come out, and you are stuck.
I recorded both the glitch and when Tara appears to show the difference.
