My impression of the DaScratch keeps getting better every day. It is truly amazing when used with Traktor Pro. I'm talking about multiple functions on the same button, fully mappable/configurable, i.e it will do anything you want. Get one and don't look back!! Look my page for the power of DaScratch.

I thought it was good for triggering loops and effects, but the controls were a little strange. Not the direct response I really want. I think an actual wheel (ala cd decks) would be better. No latency that I could tell, though, so that is a plus. You can definitely see how I'm having trouble cueing my snares, though.

Overall what was your impression of it? It seems a bit fuddly to me or counter intuitive but maybe the video doesn't do it justice.
