To those saying that the best years of Pie were with Frampton, I disagree. Not taking anything away from Peter as a guitarist, sure Pie had some of their best songs with him but they had just as many good songs with Clem Clempson. And I prefer Clem Clempson's guitar style and playing over Framptons any day. Peter Frampton has/had nothing over Clempson as a guitarist. Give credit where credit is due, Clem was a more powerful guitarist then Frampton.

The hall of fame is for the crap selling artists. There are a few good groups there but the rule is the numbers. Great bands like Humble pie never will be there. For me is the same. This was great music.Peace
Great obscure Humble Pie tune....I had this on an album in the early 70's...eye think it was Town &Country.....Frampton was a great geetar player and still iz, but the voice of Marriott was perfect for the band and the times. Cheers. thanks for posting one of me fave'z.

Steve really had it going at this point with his song writing from '67(Small Faces) - '73 he was writing one great one after another.
He and Peter didnt write much together and after Peter left he on his own to carry a band for the first time with no song writing help and it hurt.
Steve you were/are one of the greatest ever.
