i did a clean mod, i stuck a peace of thin metal inside the corner of the front end of the disc drive, than rigged the switch that spins the disc. finally removed the plastic peace that keeps the disc from spinning u know that plastic sits in the uper corner of the drive next to the eye? so when u open the top the disc is stiff and don't move. that part i removed.

That is called soft modding cuz u still can't play burned games on it. It is the best way to screw up ur warranty if you already still have a bit left. I suggest that u do it 3 years after you get ur ps2 cuz then u might want to take a risk and the warranty would have expired. So plz try to wait. And this is not really a mod it is just a trick. If u really wanted to mod urs then u would need a mod chip. If u have a mod chip then you don't need do this cuz the mod chip will automatically by pass

And I really want to play some of the Tales of Game undubs, like a Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss undub. And it would make my world to be able to do so, just play a Tales of Undub.
