@Sienify you have the main weapon (the sword) and u have 2 secondary weapon (a scythe and yeah a pair of glove XD, good call) I dont want to spoil this game BUT IT IS AMAZZZZINNNNNGGGG BUY IT YOU NEED IT!!!! YOURE LIFE IS NOTHING W/O THIS GAME (maybe not that much... but u get the point) the story line is THE best so far ive ever played on the gameplay god of war style is (if not) one of the best, along with puzzle like Prince of Persia and some goodies to find to buff up 10/10 the game of 2010!

@robgoldt Maybe your TV just sucks, it looks pretty God damn brilliant on mine. Very lush and colorful. I've got ACII, and it's not exactly pushing any limits either, theres far better looking stuff than that.

Either way, the graphics for this game are from the art director, a comic book artist who's done the art for X-Men for awhile. That's why the graphics look the way they do. Same thing in Brutal Legend, they're supposed to have a cartoony appearance. Which is great change.

well, so far im at the ashlands area and there's no new swords. You can only upgrade your weapons in the forge at the menu, but that's it. There is another armor, im guessing, because you can collect 10 abyssal armor parts to get new armor.

IGN made a mistake. I have the game and it is great! And giving the fact that the average score from all the reviewers (metacritics and gamerankings) give this game a solid 8.8-9.0 states IGN is wrong. They gave it a 7.8 but they are God Of War whores. And even that game stole elements from other games and if you do it right it makes a nice game! darksiders is a solid 9. Trust me. ;-)
