put your ipod in dfu mode and then apple will download you a new one when you click restore. WARNING all info on your ipod will be deleted

It needs to be jailbroken.

Winterboard is the most popular, download themes in the winterboard(complete) section in cydia.

Then activate the theme via Winterboard!
