  • nice vid, really appreciated it for myself as my arms are bigger than my calves :O... calves should be slightly bigger than arms right?

  • the importante thing that u keep your knees slightly bent an let your toes pionted srtaight when u point you toes straight u just workoing out your hole calves and when u keep your toes in u just workin the outside calve and when u piont your toes out u workoin the inter calve the best way make them straight that will wotk the whole calve like coach joe tong said exactly

  • in a leg and calf workout i do 3 exercises on calfs would 3 sets with toes pointing in and 3 sets would toes pointing out be good to do? or are they to similar?
