@LiIChrisTV what operating system do you use.. you can get binkw32.dll file from google search just type binkw32.dll and download it.. you don't really need to register it.. just put that dll into the GTA IV folder

@sspoke But your system folder is in %systemroot%\System32 type that into any folder to go there.. and drag the dll file in there.. then press Green Start Button -> Run -> and type in %systemroot%\System32\regsvr32­.exe %systemroot%\System32\binkw32.­dll and it should work then.

This worked for me. I'm using Win7 Ultimate and it worked perfectly. I was trying to run a program, (not an company made program) and it would give me some error about mswinsck.ocx missing or not registered. I downloaded the ocx from the link provided, registered it on WIn7 with his instructions and now the program runs fine. Don't even have to run it in compatibility mode.

Hi, i just want to thank "4rr0ws" for his few lines he wrote. I have googled for two days now, and all the forums are telling me to paste the .OCX file in "c:\windows\system32" folder. And when trying to register the file using "regsvr32", i'll got an error message. In my case, the MSINET.OCX file. When pasting the file to "c:\windows\SysWOW64", the registring of the file succeeded fine. So THANKS again bro ;)
