@Chaltab He/she means editting the footage so the mouth movements vaguely match the dialgue, not cutting things out. Your scripts are getting better each episode but the lack of syncronicity can get distracting.

Well, there's a problem there. Teen Titans is not an anime. You very rarely have lip flaps as the only movement on screen: there's often body gestures to go with it, background things happening, etc. In most cases, there's no way to synchronize the lip movements without making the rest of the shot a spastic mess.
