  • I find this video extremely easy to masturbate to.

  • it looks like the undead rising from the ground

  • those beans move with the sun

  • @chechonilus2

Photo-tropism, pigments in the leafs react to sunlight and release phytohormones called auxins, these auxins basically make the cells on the side not exposed too light expand, and that moves the plant to face the light.

    The moar you know :)

  • @CaptainThrill really interesting

  • like it when the plants show positive photo-tropism

  • You notice that they move towards the sunlight. This is awesome!

  • MONSTER

  • thats so cool its like they are getting out of bed in the morning :)

  • the terminator

  • @OmmTigers A normal camera will do, and if you're watching plants grow a per day interval will do. Be sure to keep the camera (and the plants) in the same location to avoid continuity errors. To put the pictures together, you will need a stop-motion program for your computer. They don't cost too much, in case you were wondering.

  • is it bad if i got a boner from this?

  • @xOxyG3N

    Yes.

  • Gorgeous.

  • i would like to try something like this but i'm not really sure how you do it and what the best interval is for the photos. PLEASE HELP!! do i need a special camera to take the pictures or will a normal dgital camera do?

  • how long does it take to grow da weed plant?

  • @blacstuff ..what are you 12?

  • FAKE THE LEAVES ARE GREEN NOT RAINBOW

  • The one in the middle is a good example of how the husk can come up with the plant and yet they are made to fight through this. Can seem like it might not make it..

  • capturing nature's way...i like it...

  • This is freaky, sort of like Zombies...

  • @TheBarneystinson What, Zombies???? you all played too much Plants vs. Zombies i guess ...

  • @cutelionx i wrote it a year ago so i'm not sure, but i think i was referring to how they came out of the ground and sort of blundered around like a zombie would

  • @TheBarneystinson I was thinking that before I even looked at the pictures...

  • well bamboo can grow like .25 of an inch a minute a yard a day so u can see it grow if u watch for like an hour its hard to notice

  • yea just wish bamboo grew that fast as soon as u planted it, instead of after a few years...

  • This is really cool. I like how the little plants follow the sun, turning and bending to get more of it.

  • is that video over a 24 hour period? is so wow they grow so fast

  • what movie making sofware do you have?

  • Sony Vegas

  • that was only 24 hours?

  • would like to use this as a flash movie on a website - can you get in touch? best wishes

    mike

  • if you play music for your plants and talk to them they will grow faster

  • That's great! It's like a micro-version of the Secret Life of Plants documentary (1979) that Stevie Wonder did the music to and Paramount owns. Magical!

  • It's amazing to observe the movements of the plants as they grow to a full state. They have very rhythmic serpent gestures as they coil up. Makes you think about how DNA also has a double helix spiraling up. 2% is genes 98% of our DNA is called "junk dna" and is still unexplored. Ayahuasca.

  • super cool

  • hi there... thanks 4 this vid.. but how do i download this as i really need this for my presentation in the near time... pls help... thanks a lot...

  • Lol, that was funny when I saw those very little ones in the top right corner, the way they there were swaying in a circle looked like they were rather concentrating on dancing rather then growing LMAO!

  • this is really cool. they sway because the sun moves during the day, and they try to get as much sunlight as possible.. i think

  • Nice. I wonder why they sway. It seems all plants sway as they grow.

  • all of that growth in 24 hours? amazing.

  • beautiful colours, great photography

  • they are dancing! THE` WAVE!

  • now i'm hungry for some beans.

this reminds me of the biologu project we had to do for class. we were growing clovers in petri dishes. i remembered that some of them sprouted withing the hour after being introduced to water. someone should do a time lapse on clover seeds!

  • Beautiful. All that in 24 hours - amazing. Such great growth! Thanks for sharing. It's stunning.

  • Really beautiful and worth to see! Won`t You like to join the group of phenological observers?

  • they look funny...

  • beautiful. how exactly did you get to film 24 hours, though?

  • One second of film was shot every minute. After 1 day, I had 24 minutes of footage. I sped that up 50x, so it took about 30 seconds to show 24 hours worth of growth.

  • were u just next to it for a whole day?

  • The Canon GL2 has an interval timer option that you can turn on and it will record time lapse for you automatically.

  • Brilliant video. What program did you use to speed it up?

  • @Learjet15 is this method better than just letting the camera roll?

  • Beautiful! Nature is amazing.

  • This is beautiful. Like dance choreography. One of my favorites.
