It will work with the new Ruger BX-25 mag. Essentially it will only work with "inline" magazines and not reliably with the stock rotary magazines.

Oh man that's perfect for those bulk ammo boxes that jumble all the rounds. It arranges them and puts them in the mag for you. Awesome. One of the best I've seen

I just got one of the factory Ruger 25 rounders I don't see why this wouldn't work with it. Can you put more than 25 rounds in the loader at a time?

@Mrcaffinebean The loader fits 50 rounds inside according to the instructions. I don't see why it wouldn't work with other mags either... at the time I bought the loader I sold all my non butler creek mags already so I was not able to test it out.
