Hey Sarah, what do you recommend drinking while working out? because i work out atleast like 2 hours, and chilled cold water doesn't do any good for me, it just makes me hungry. Every tip you mentioned is the same things I do to get motivate to workout:-D for me the biggest loser is a BIG motivator for me cause I think the same way as you...If these people that are 300/400lbs over weight with health problems can DO IT then why can't I.
