Listen closely too, at the end you have to have the volume all the way up to catch the EVP. I think it says "our eyes are sewn shut"

This is actually one topic I've always found extremely difficult... I'm a sceptical beast, but I have seen some unexplainable things that I've come to believe were not of this physical realm, and not having any bias or preconceived notions about this area. Exorcisms are another interesting one. At least 99% (I just made that figure up) are bullocks, but there have been some extremely convincing circumstances where motive wasn't involved.

Can you make a video covering these Brian? Great work.

@AusPoliticalTruths A) Those things you've seen, what convinced you that they -couldn't- be of "this physical realm", as opposed to having a physical explanation that you just weren't/aren't aware of? B) Are you aware of any atheist exorcisms? Isn't it possible that religious convictions and particular moral standards can provide a motive even when all the participants are being truthful and altruistic (as defined by their particular moral standard)?

This video is absurd. Could someone have gotten access to Brian's account and posted this without his knowledge? He's never shown anything anywhere near this silly before - he's the ultimate professional, with a completely proper sense of humor. I find it hard to believe he's changed.

@smaakjeks -- The cmd+option+ctrl+8 gimmick is in the Apple Menu, System Preferences, »Universal Access« where you'll see two other shortcuts I use all the time, one for zooming in, one for zooming out (if activated).

Press the »Options button« and you'll find more niceties, e.g. ctrl+Mousewheel for zooming.

Those functions are meant to aid the visually impaired, but I find these very convenient under Snow Leopard anyway.
