I was mainstreamed and whenever I went to visit family or friends of my parents the older people would be sat around drinking cups of tea & having a chat I'd be found playing with the dog or cat after getting tired of trying to keep up with the conversation!

I manhandled her. And she will nip at you if you annoy her enough. We've cured her of doing that with the kids, but she'll play bite with me often. If you watched, you will see her opening her mouth at the end -- that was her getting ready to bite. She wasn't in much of a biting mood, so couldn't get her to do it, but was hoping she would (symbolic, you know?)
No wonder I hunger for dog biscuits from time to time.
