Very similar to the John Lee Hooker song Hey Bartender and covered by the Blues Brothers. I played that in a Blues band I was a part of in the early 80's.
It goes beyond that. The rhythm is the same and the break is very similar to Hey Bartender. 12 bar blues have an endless variety. If you get into playing a lot of blues you'll find out there are a lot of variations on the theme including extra chords beyond 3 the chord theme.

Yeah, that's just like any other 12-bar blues, a progression over the I-IV-V chords of a given key.

I absolutely agree; blues is far more than the 12-bar blues' progression of "Walking by Myself"; this is just a very basic beginning.
